Del Taco

Service was great, we were greeted as soon as we walked in and the cashier was friendly, we were provided with our food within a decent time. Place is clean tables are also clean. The place was cool and restrooms were in good shape. Best part the hot sauce and ketchup were within arms reach every table had trays stocked with all types of varieties no need to get up and get more or get excess that just end up in the trash. Smart idea.

A decent Del Taco for drive-​thru; it’s open 24 hours on weekends. The food is consistent with other Del Taco’s, so no complaints.

We went in for lunch today. There was nobody at the counter to greet us. A lady finally came up to the counter after we waited for about 3 minutes and she was friendly. We ordered our food and I forgot to give my wife her lemonade. She went back to the counter and there was nobody there again. One of the guys in the kitchen just scared of my wife with his dumb look on his face. You could have called somebody to help or said something but he just stared into space. I get that its Del Taco but geez, there should be some type of standards to adhere to. We’re just going to go to Taco Bell from now on

This is not a place I would eat all the time, but I do enjoy a burger or one of their spicy jack chicken quesadillas from time-​to-​time. I usually forget how big their «large» soft drinks are, but no complaints! The last time I stopped by, they had discontinued their tacos al carbon, which have been my favorite for a long time. I’m hoping they bring them back as their substitutes just don’t do it for me.

My husband and I ordered drive-​thru Macho fries to share. When we got home we had a Macho problem! They filled half of the container with fries and the other half with hot sauce and ketchup. (See pictures) If I’m getting a larger size of something I expect the quantity to match the container it is in.
Our bean and cheese burritos were fine.

It’s one of those places you regret after.

This is the second time i come to this location and the costumer service stinks, i got in to the store and the shift manager and two other girls ignore me and my family. We had to wait until this three people finish talking like they were doing us a favor. After we finished order every i mein every worker was looking at us. To finish they just place our order on the counter with out callin our number. Sucks!
BAD WORKER AT THIS PLACE YOU SHOULD BE THANK FULL THAT YOU HAVE A CHECK AVERY TWO WEEKS VECAUSE FAMILYS LIKE MINE THAT SPEND THE MONEY IN THIS RESTAURANT.

The only Del Taco I have ever seen THAT SELLS BEER! This is where you go when you are trying to feed the stomach that had been devouring beers earlier that night, now you can get MORE beer here. Scary!
My Dos XX Amber was nice and cold, even in the clear solo cup. You have to buy at least one food item but then again, now you dont have to drive to the nearest Del Taco to go get food.
Thank God there are none of these at home!

Ok so I’m not really a fast food person– but let’s be real, when it’s late and you have the munchies and your trying to get home as fast as you can but you’re hungry, Del taco is my preference. That’s beside the point. I’m writing this review because there is a kid that works there that we seem to get every time we go through the Drive thru that is amazing!!! He should get some kind of drive thru excellence award. He always makes my night and del taco is lucky to have him as an employee. Don’t remember his name but I will find out and update this post.

Parker is awesome !!! Getting fast food late at night just became so much better. Great energy noticed in a five minutes time. Amaze

This del taco is A+. Not only do they serve beer, they also properly disperse all ingredients on my food. I don’t expect people at a fast food place to really care about how they prepare food, but the folks here go the extra mile.

I heard about this Del Taco location serving beer from a friend so I had to make the 20 min drive to see for myself. Sure enough they sell bottled beer ! It’s a nice new Del Taco, super clean & did I mention they sell beer ???

Was in this area for a softball tourny up the street. I don’t mind Del Taco here and there (one by my work in the LAX area) but this one gets 5 stars cause they serve BEER!!!
Any fast food joint that serves BEER gets 5 stars in my book.

I went there for lunch last Saturday. I was greeted as I walked in the door with a pleasant hi. I went to the register to see what I wanted to eat & a young lady named Samantha was at the register. She had a warm & friendly smile as she asked me what I would like. I paid for my food & got a genuine thank you for choosing Del Taco as she handed me my change. My food was ready in a short time, again Samantha thanked me for my order & said enjoy your meal! The restaurant was clean & neat. I had a very nice lunch. This is the best Del Taco I have ever been to & will continue to come to this location. Thanks Del Taco for hiring such nice employees :)

Worst drive-​thru service. Last night (as well as last Wednesday) received our food and was ice cold, including the fries. I took the food back completely upset, how can my toddler eat that? The manager had no excuse and even said «how did it get cold so fast? You were the only car in the drive-​thru.» Twice in a row, cold food and no apology. Will never go there again. A secret shopper from corporate needs to check them out. This is ridiculous.

So I was sitting in my cube at work, wondering what on Earth to have for lunch. Suddenly, like a sign from on high, my email dinged, and an email from the Del Taco arrived. It touted their new and exciting $ 4 meals. I clocked out and drove over to the shiny new Del Taco. The parking spaces of this place are quite wide. The spot I pulled into made me feel warm and fuzzy. Usually I have to drive around to find spots that make me feel comfortable leaving my bitchin’ camaro in them.
As I walked into the establishment I was immediately impressed. I’d been to the place when it was a Hollywood Video, and this place was so radically different from then it was just silly. I stood upon new and clean wood floors, I looked at fresh and brightly colored paint on the walls. Fancy artwork adorned the walls, it made me think I was somewhere far nicer than a Del Taco. The place was very bright, clean and very nice. This store is far nicer than all of the Del Tacos I’ve ever been into. Henceforth, I shall refer to this place as «the fancy» Del Taco. Yes, It’s THAT nice.
I walked up tot he counter and was greeted warmly. I looked up at their menu, and saw the $ 4 section. I ordered the Variety $ 4 meal. She thanked me for my order, and I paid, and then the nice lady behind the register gave me coupons for free breakfast items. My meal ended up being $ 4.29 with tax. I got the «small» cup, which actually ended up being quite large. I filled my cup with iced tea, and walked over to a table. They’ve got some high tables, some lower tables, and there was even seating outside. A choice for everybody. The tables and chairs seemed clean and new. As it died down, one of the employees came out and started cleaning tables and chairs. I didn’t even think they were dirty to begin with.
I almost had time to beat a level of Super Mario Brothers before my number was called and I went up to get my food. The tray had a trio of items on it, a chicken soft taco, a burrito and ½ a quesidilla. Quite the spread for a pittance of $ 4.29. All three items were as tasty and of a quality I’d come to expect from Del Taco.
I ate my food and walked out. Good job New Del Taco. You are far superior to all other Del Tacos.

What is there to say. It’s a new Del Taco and it’s right next to my house.
Because it’s a fresh and new location I appreciate how clean they have kept this place… so far. I like the drive-​thru here because there is no confusion on where to enter (unlike the Sycamore location).
It’s tough to give any Del Taco more than 3 stars but overall I’d rate this particular location a 3.5 stars out of 5.
