Greg was nice. He came out twice and did all the measuring and explaining. However, for what we paid, we felt the products were rather cheap. The pull string for the shades in our living room have these cheap little plastic pieces on the ends. One popped apart the first time I pulled it. I was able to fix it, but definitely not the quality I was expecting. We did purchase Zebra blinds for some rooms which we are pleased with, but we aren’t too happy with our Roman Shades. I explained some concerns to Greg after we made our purchase. He said he would stop by the following week to take a look. That was almost 2 months ago and nothing. I’m pretty sure we’ll be replacing these blinds asap. I give 3 stars because Greg was a nice guy and the Zebra blinds were nice. But the quality of products for the price really disappointed us.

Terrible customer service! Greg canceled our original consult two times before he was finally able to come to our home to show us his products and take measurements. Order took much longer than expected due to T-giving holiday. This was not communicated to us. It was always us reaching out to him, never vice versa. Order came, installed promptly. It was mid-measured! His fault and he offered to make it right. But when we reminded him of the cornice boards that we had made to go over his window treatments, we haven’t heard from him since. He doesn’t respond to voicemail or texting. Terrible customer service, product wasn’t correct size!
