I have been seeing Dr Narhi for 5 years and she has been a Life Saver. When I first saw her I hadn’t been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and she worked out how to get me out of pain and back to work and then regulated my medications. I have had no flare ups since I have my medications in balance. The practice is friendly, sees me on time and I feel they really care about me. I’m a patient that has a lot of questions and needs the details and she always gives them to me. She is personable and gives me the test results, the information of what it means, and what my choices are. I can’t imagine seeing anyone else!!!

Dr Narhi’s care was unsatisfactory at best, and negligent in some areas. For several appointments in a row, Dr Narhi failed to address any of my questions or concerns regarding my condition. She would simply read me a test result and leave. During one appointment, I had to ask the lady at the front desk to send Dr Narhi back into the exam room, because she literally walked out of the room before I had a chance to ask a single question. My symptoms remained uncontrolled and unaddressed for several months. Finally, she prescribed me a medication that I found out was TOTALLY unsafe, given my medical history. Simply by googling the name of the prescription, there was copious amounts of information about the drug, and it was NOTINANYCASE advisable to prescribe this medicine to someone in my state of health. In my opinion, that is absolutely unacceptable. I should not have to second guess my doctor’s competency in prescribing safe solutions. I was utterly appalled and immediately decided that she was not the type of doctor for me. If you are looking for someone to help you manage or find a treatment plan, I would not recommend visiting this facility. In response to the first review posted, I also experienced scheduling problems with this office. On two occasions, I drove to Simi Valley from Camarillo to be informed that my appointment had been«rescheduled». I was not informed of nor did I request these reschedulings, and I did not receive any sort of courtesy call. In regards to scheduling additional urgent appointments regarding my rheum. issues, I was never accommodated and consistently was left to see an urgent care or primary care physician for issues that clearly required the expertise of a rheumatologist.

The Dr. and the staff have no regard for patients well being or time,. I called and made an appointment and drove from San Jose to Si mi Valley for it, when I arrived there, the RN /office person, said it seams to be a mistake, the person who made the appointment did not post it in the right day, and my name is not on the list to be seen, I insisted to speak to the Dr., but they said she is busy and does not have time to speak to me, so I asked if the nurse/office manager can ask the Dr. to make an exception due to my situation and the long drive from San Jose, so she disappeared for a few moments and came back stating that the Dr. will not be Able to see me. what a … I proceeded to the door and they asked if I will be showing up for the wrong appointment, or would want to make another one for another time, I said go to …, if this is the way you and your Dr. treat people, I will not trust you people to treat me.
