I had this company back with a list of repairs to get my house ready to rent. Not only did they complete all the repairs, which included patching drywall, securing my hot water heater and repairing some electrical outlets, the owner found my leftover paint in the garage and made sure everything was touched up and perfect. There was a wall with faded marks from having paintings on it, and he had them paint that as well. He replaced all my smoke detectors and light bulbs that weren’t working, and now my place is ready to rent. The attention to detail was obvious, and appreciated.
