I am a senior and have relocated to California last month. My daughter has recently started her new job in Beverly Hills.
For the past month I have been trying to contact the leasing office at the Seasons at Simi. I have left several messages and have emailed the office. I also called and the line is constantly busy.
Western National Property Management are the owners. I have emailed them as well and left messages.
If this is any indication of what their cutomer service is all about, I have my doubts if I want to live at the Seasons or any of Western National properties.
