This was terribly disappointing! My stylist was very rude and told me what she was willing to do to my hair. I understand having a professional opinion and making a suggestion but you shouldnt make your clients feel bad for communicating what they would like. I made my appointment weeks in advance and they accepted a walk-​in ahead of me, and made me wait another half hour. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and mediocre results. Don’t waste your money here.
