Chipotle Mexican Grill

Staff is not friendly. They just stare at you with a dopey look on their faces. They were out of lettuce (how does that happen?). And my burrito bowl was the worst bowl I have ever had. It was so cold! The sour cream and cheese were like ice! The meat, beans, and rice were also cold. And to make it worse the chips were stale. I had to throw away 13 dollars today.

Had a burrito bowl for lunch on ¹⁄₁₂. Chicken, cheese, pinto, pico, sour cream, fajitas. Just woke to diarrhea and projectile vomiting. Just wanted to let you bastards know.

Charming! I ordered carnitas tacos and they gracefully gave me a FREE side order of diarrhea! They say Chipotle is fattening, but not if it’s killing you from the inside-​lucky me! One star for the free side and one for the five pound weight loss.

I refuse to go to any other chipotle except for this one. This is the best Chipotle in the United States. The food is always good, and the two ladies that usually are fixing the bowls always put a perfect amount of everything. Love this chipotle

This place is mismanaged. Dirty as hell and rather the a burrito. I had a burrito ball. The girl in front ordered tacos and forced the together. Had to be one big damn mess when she got home. Place was dirty. Soda machine was out of me pin. Floors looked aweful. No soap in bathroom below sign that says employees should wash hands. They should also shower before work. Nasty hole don’t go.

My daughter and I go to chipotle all the time, so we were excited to have one open up by our home. I can say that I wasn’t impressed at all. It smelled like cleaning supplies when we walked in and the girl behind the counter took super long to wrap my daughters burrito. When we got home, we noticed that the chicken pieces were charred and hard to chew. I hope these are just «new restaurant» hiccups.

You have to be crazy to go to this location. By far the worst I’ve ever been to! Stood in line for 20 mins and then when I got to order, their out of steak, they said 25 mins for it to be ready… I only go here because my wife likes it. Always an issue when I go here! Can’t just walk in and order… the workers are the worst here. The manager should be fired! A big chain like this and you run out or didn’t time the cooking right? Miss managed!!!

This place is so slow! Took 30 minutes to get my food. Guy scooping rice too his time literally separating it piece by piece and gave me two tiny scoops after asking for double rice.
A man in front of me at the same time was complaining to a manager after waiting the same amount of time and then just left. Soon after another manager, or someone who was in the office, finally came out and started speeding the process up.
Disappointing to come at 7:30pm and wait that long.

Only go here if you want to stand in line and wait while most workers are in the back. 1 guy in front line, the guy who rings you up pops out once in awhile lol, it really was hilarious. It gets better, once I got up to place my order and then asked for the GREAT Guacamole, they ran out and apparently the new stash is under the counter. As he takes it out I noticed it was black on top, he twisted around and then mixed it up, I almost threw up! And it wasn’t completely mixed so you can see around the edges the dark stuff. Pass on this place! I just walked out! Lucky Portillo’s is next to them, can never go wrong there (for me).

I used to love going here a while back. It was a treat for me and my daughters. I went today after not eating there is a long while. The quality of this place has really gone downhill! For $ 11 and some change my meal was very disappointing and aggravating. The chips were soft and stale. When I brought them back, the staff person told me she could replace them, but they are all from the same batch. She gave me a new bag and this time they were somewhat crunchy but not like remember. The worst part of all was going back to my table to eat my steak bowl. Disgusting! Every piece of steak had gristle in it! I ended up spitting most of it out. Not very ladylike. I didn’t want to go back and complain because of the chip thing but I will never ever go there again.

The portions are small for what you pay for. More importantly, the quality of the steak is poor. The steak was fatty and tough. I probably won’t eat at Chipotle again until I hear they have started to buy better ingredients.

Back again 9 years later and now service is very slow and they’re too careful about how much food they give in each order relative to all the other chipotles I’ve been to. I won’t be coming back to this location.

This chipotle is always the stingiest when it comes to your portions. The workers are rude and the parking is always jammed by portillos customers. Go to the other locations in the area.

I went to this chipotle and they are so cheap with their portions. I’ve been to several chipotles and have never had such a little amount of meat in my dish. I pointed it out to them and they just kept saying «thats the portion thats the portion.» I should have just refused it and left but I felt bad doing that. I regret not doing that though cause it was not worth only having three bites with a piece of meat in it. Never going to this location again.

Had a burrito what a mistake! The girl put a tons of sour cream on it and i got it to go so i had to eat it because i was hungry but where was the meat? Had like 10 little pieces of meat all sour cream and rice! Worse burrito i ever had garbage! Dont waste your time go next store to portilloes !!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I got two salads from here today and when I got home there was barbacoa juice alllll over my car. They obviously did not close the top all the way and it leaked through the bag and onto my car. I understand that they were busy but it doesn’t excuse that. They also only gave us a tiny amount of lettuce… And we ordered salads. I asked for more lettuce and she gave me two more pieces of lettuce. Unbelievable. I called to let them know what had happened and the man who answered told me he wasn’t going to do anything to fix my problem. Beyond terrible.

The food is tasty and the same as all the chipotles but the service is lacking. The staff is unprofessional. Always clowning around sometimes inappropriately They’re never paying attention to what I ask for and always in a hurry. Very long lines during lunch rush. Instill recommend going but be ready to keep the staff in check and make them take their time and get your order right.

Ok, so I know it’s not «authentic Mexican food» but let’s be honest. it’s pretty delish. I As far as Chipotles go, this one seems to be pretty typical. Lines are long at times during lunch rush, I have even seen customers walk out because of it, but it gets me out of the office so I don’t mind ;-) I even found out recently that you can place online orders and just walk to the counter and pick up the food. so far every time I have it has been ready and waiting for me. There have been times when newer employees clearly still training had served me and they skimped out on the meat, veggies, and rice but I can’t be upset about that. I wouldnt want to get canned from Chipotle for a few too many scoops of Barbacoa.
One negative I will have to add is that I sat in their outdoor seating last summer and the garbages were over flowing and there was a ton of bees everywhere. I think the bee thing could have been eliminated or at least reduced had the hot stinky garbage been taken a few feet over to the dumpster. I prefer to eat inside now. But I’ll keep coming back as long as they keep serving up that fake Hispanic goodness.

Pretty standard chipotle which serves liq which is always a plus. I have noticed that different times of the day u get diff quantities of scoops of rice (especially for the burrito bowl) I like to avoid the busy lunch rush n go late at night! But usually get bowls, tacos, the burrito is about 10 bites of just rice:(I suggest getting half steak half barbacoa yes u can do that! With sour cream on the side (u get more) didn’t see any Tabasco sauces out prb cuz people usually steal them… wish they extended the menu, ps tofu is not bad!

As far as food chain restaurants go… Chipotle is pretty good. This one here in Skokie is great. Service is friendly and fast and quality is consistent.
I always have the burrito bowl and I love it with carnitas pork.
I’m not a fan of their chips but the guacamole is great!
I like using their phone app to pre-​order on busy days.
