Horrible!!!
Simple order was Salted Caramel Latte with skim milk — Grande size. After 5 min waiting I’ve got Iced Caramel Mocha. Told the lady that order is wrong and I ordered Salted Caramel Latte with Skim milk, no apology was given, after another 3 minutes I’m getting again Iced caramel latte. Another dirty look received from lady, and finally what I’m getting is Salted Caramel Latte with regular milk but I noticed this later when I left the place. So I never went back to tell them how UNPROFESSIONAL they ARE! And ridiculous expensive on price. 6.35 $ for grande latte?
NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Try the mocha ice storm with almond milk!
This drink is amazing. It’s like a hazelnut dream. There is this cookie balkan people eat called «napolitanke». well this drink is like a chocolate napolitanka! I try not to have it all of the time because it must be packed with calories but every once in a while I stop by to pick one up. My brother and I call it the ‘big booty potion’.
When it comes to service it depends on the day, the tenure of the staff member, etc. I’ve always had a good experience and my drink always tasted amazing!

Horrible treatment. Waited for second drink while 4 other customers went ahead of me but after my wife’s was delivered so she awkwardly sat while I waited. Then the barista tells me I have to wait because she made my drink with non fat and gave it to the other person waiting. Her name was Bonita. I got Bonita’s drink. but it was a small whereas I ordered a large which Bonita received. I complained but was told my cup was given out and the smaller cup had less calories instead. REAAALY. So I have to wait and get a smaller drink but pay more because I am overweight??? Screw that. Will never return. Oh and the pic is of Bonita’s drink and my arm. Thanks for the lousy experience.
