The worst! Never seems to be open. Went at 5:15pm on a Thursday and wanted to pay cash and the door was locked and no one was attending.

I’m here getting my third oil change. The service is good, although it’s a 50⁄50 chance they’ll be able to do it when I come in. I stopped bt late afternoon yesterday and they asked that I come back early today. Thankfully, it’s not a big deal. So why don’t I just call ahead, well, they don’t have a number listed. The one I’ve used before is out of order which is why they don’t get all the stars.

They recently removed their high pressure air hose and replaced it with a low pressure, coin-operated one. It’s inconvenient and slow and consequently they lost my business. It cost them nothing to provide an air hose for their customers. They are a service station and use a large air compressor for servicing vehicles. I don’t fault a business for looking for new profit centers, but going to an inferior, slow, coin-op air hose isn’t the way to do it. Their new gas pumps have a long delay screen for advertising before you can get your receipt. This is another unacceptable inconvenience. Shell, you had me and you lost me. Good riddance.

They no longer put out the free air hose in the summer months… all the Section 8 clowns in their ghetto cruisers beat the free air hose and ruined it– so, no more free air. On the plus side– if you are a Section 8 ghetto clown you will enjoy their large selection of artificially flavored sodas and Doritos.
