Lisa saved my hair! I had them in really bad condition in that reason I made dry every day. Now i don’t need anything! Just wash my hair, done~ thanks Lisa for the great haircut, i will come again!

I had Morgan cut my hair and didn’t have a great experience.
1) I tried to start up conversation but she didn’t really talk back. It felt weird to just sit and have cut my hair while other clients were all interacting with their stylists.
2) I also felt like I was rushed. I wasn’t asked how I wanted my top and she decided to just cut a length of her choosing which was much shorter than I wanted.
3) She also didn’t show me how the back of my head looked like.
4) She didn’t even touch my sideburns and I had to do them myself when I got home
5) The hot towel, massage, and shampoo lasted for literally a minute or two all together, but it did feel good.
I can say more but it would be some picky that most general people wouldn’t care about.

I went here a couple of times and, although their haircuts were average, I was totally turned off by the unfriendly attitude of the staff. On one visit, one of the staff called someone else ahead of me, and when the other staff member told her that I was ahead of the other customer, she said she didn’t care (loud enough for me to hear it). I gave them a few more chances, but each time, I’ve gotten attitude problems from them. Also, the place is overpriced, unless you use their coupons which I get in the mail all the time.
