I would not have thought to check Unilocal before going to pick up a prescription but I should have. I will not ever be returning to this pharmacy. There are plenty of other options. The service was sarcastic, unhelpful and rude. I actually heard the pharmacist (glasses, older, dark hair woman) repeat to each customer ‘I can Not help you’. I. Can’t. Even. Do not go.

Anyone missing some wedding pictures?
Quick summary — I took several disposable cameras into Walgreen’s for developing. They promised the pictures in 5 – 7 days, which I thought was extreme, until I learned that they only send the film out to be developed once a week. After a week, I returned and still no pictures. They said it might be two weeks and they promised to call. After two weeks, I go back in and the pictures have arrived. I asked the store manager — Mr. Coleman, why no call? He says. «We never promised to call.» I let it go and hand him my coupon ($ 11.99 per disposable camera.)
Manager: We can’t accept this coupon, it’s for 24 exposures and you had 25 pictures developed.
Me: It was a 24 exposure camera.
Manager: Yes well we put one or two extra frames in each camera and you used them, so no coupon.
Me: So if there were 25 pictures, that means every picture came out? Because I was told you only charge for developed photos. Can I see?
Manager: Not until you pay. So do you want them or not?
I pay the $ 60 to develop the four cameras and go home. It turns out that not only didn’t many pictures come out (under or over developed, or nothing discernible in the photo) but one of the rolls wasn’t even ours. It was someone else’s wedding photos.
It continues… So I call the store and tell them I got the wrong pictures. They say, «could you describe what your pictures looked like?» WHAT!!! I don’t know, I never saw them. But it was my daughter’s camera, so I suppose they feature a number of college kids smiling and acting goofy. Wouldn’t it make more sense to search by order number, or drop off date, or under the name of the person who’s complaining that instead of wedding pictures, he got pictures of a bunch of smiling college kids?
So if anyone is missing some wedding pictures, I have them — and they came out very nice.

While staying in Skokie had a chance to pick some items up from this store after getting off the CTA yellow line and walking towards my friends place.
Store was clean and staff was nice, very helpful as helpful as a store can get.
Asked for some items but they don’t carry souvenirs anymore, but they carried a few items I needed before taking off to the airport.
Very convenient location. Plenty of parking.

This review is for the pharmacy. I absolutely loathe coming here to pick up meds and have been too lazy to switch locations since it’s the closest to the house. Each time my doctor calls in a prescription and I go to pick it up (sometimes hours later), this place is never ready. Today, I went to get a nebulizer (a medical device that’s prepackaged in a box) that was verified in stock… I get there and had to wait 20 extra mins for them to FILL the prescription. What exactly are they filling? There are no meds with it, it comes in a freakin’ box!!! I’m so fed up with this place… I always leave with high blood pressure, a headache and time wasted I will never get back…

I come to this Walgreen all the time. They have the rudest customers service ever. Not to mention the people in the pharmacy don’t know what they are talking about and are clueless when you asked them a question. I went to pick up a prescription there and after sitting there for 15 minutes they tell me my prescription was filled at another Walgreen. Went to that Walgreen and they told me they didn’t have anything on file for me. while I was sitting there it looked to me as if they didn’t know what they where doing. Then when you call the Walgreen the people transfer you back and fourth and don’t let you finish talking they just cut you off. So rude.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy. My doctor called a prescription in at 11am. I went to pick it up at 4pm, and was told it would take them 30 minutes to get it ready. When I asked why it wasn’t already prepared the cashier rudely informed me that it was «just called in». While I was waiting, he fed this same line to 3 other customers who showed up to pick up their prescriptions.
I’ll never use this place again. I suggest everyone else do the same, unless you like having your time wasted.
After waiting 35 minutes, they informed me that they didn’t even have the meds I needed, and sent me to another Walgreens.

I’ve recently picked up two prescription there.
The first time, it seemed like the 3 people behind the counter were completely confused and chaos prevailed.
The second time, different staff in the pharmacy and it was much calmer but I ended up waiting 3x the estimated wait time. I don’t mind waiting or even coming back to pick up my RX but please don’t set an expectation that I won’t wait long when I could be doing other things with my time. My time may not be valuable to you but it certainly it is to me.
