I just went into this store to get a new iPhone. The store associate was literally YELLING at me that I needed the receipt and that my phone wasn’t covered under insurance. I called the location in Johnston RI and he said you are absolutely covered for any damage. It’s pretty ridiculous a store associate was yelling at me.

I have gone into this store out out convenience only a few times over the past few years. I honestly feel bad for the people that work under the manager here. Each time over the past few years, I have been in here he avoids customers or can not answer a simple question. Today, I went in to pay my bill and worked with Jonathon. Jonathon was great, but his computer kept freezing. SO… a simple process of paying a bill turned into a 20min ordeal. Again, not Jonathon’s fault!!! When I came in, this manager went next door to Dave’s Market Place. During this 20min span, 2 more customers came into Tmobile and were waiting for customer service. Only Jonathon was working. Manager(John?) came back into T-Mobile with his bag of goodies, saw male customer looking at phones, didn’t greet customers, proceeded to go into backroom and shut backdoor. I left there in disbelief. I will continue to do MOSTMYBUSINESSATTHEJOHNSTON T Mobile with Jess or the other women and guys. THEYARESOHELPFUL!
