Oh man this place just reopened for business and now has a drive through. I live down the block and now I am here almost every day due to the convince of not getting out of my car. The coffee has always been great compared to other D&D’s in the area. Staff is also friendly here.

Oh the memories of this particular D and D. The donuts seem to be always hot– and the Jelly’s are just what I remember from 30+ years ago. When the store first opened. To get out is kinda hard– as its not on the intersection of Brooksite and Edgewater. Instead, head toward the Bull, and this D and D is on the Right side. Getting out can be hair raising. Again just turn out towards the bull. The Unilocaler before me took a Stellar picture as the parking lot is small. Way to small for the awesome fluffy donuts waiting for you in side. No Doubt– these are really good donuts… Try the Jelly My fav. The cake donuts(with dusting) and or the French Crullers, which I think is better with a nice cup of tea. Shoot, forget all that just go and get a bucket of D and D holes. And head for Short Beach. Have a great one.

Since I started taking a different route to work I haven’t been stopping here as often as I used to. But this is a great DD. The people behind the counter are fast and friendly. I went there often enough, that they’d have my coffee ready for me before I get to the counter. That’s how things are done. Great place… go there… get your coffee and donuts. You won’t be sorry.
