I had a great first time last week. Tonight will be my second visit. I have never been to yoga before ATALL! So I was scared to start with this program, but I’m glad I did. I will be doing the beginner classes with Stevie Richards on Tues & Thu evenings. Stevie was great. He was very attentive and involved. I can’t wait to go more often.

How am I the first person to review the performance center? Weird. Anyway, I know DDP(not personally) and I know of DDP yoga but this was my first time trying the work out. And you know what? It’s a good time. To be clear, I’m generally more of a traditional yoga guy. I’ve been to over a dozen studios and like the standard yoga flow style. As such, I’m usually turned off by «club» yoga. You know, with dance music and yelling and all that. But the DDP yoga class managed to bring up the energy level without becoming obnoxious. Shout out to Stevie who was a great teacher and easy to take instruction from.

If you are looking for a place to meditate and be at peace, then this is the wrong place for you. If you are looking for a place that provides a HIGHENERGY, asskicking cardio, and strength building workout, then this IS the place for you! DDP Yoga works extremely well for me, because i can’t stand regular Yoga, and it incorporates alot of strength training moves, old school calesthenics, and rehab moves to provide a complete workout. if you have a disability and have a hard time doing other workouts, then thsi is right for you too. anybody at ANY fitness level can do this. just watch the Arthur borman video on youtube and see what it did for him. he lost 140 pounds on DDPYoga, and he went from being crippled to running inside of 8 months. Go to the DDP Yoga performance center and be inspired! I was, and you will be too:)
