Customer service wise, they are. doing their job. The managers on site are decent, they don’t really project that your concerns matter. We had put in our THIRD request for Pest Control, and the office had signed it off. we NEVER received any pest control services.
Since moving here in the middle of December we have had a MAJOR roach problem. The first night, roaches EVERYWHERE. We put in pest control orders but none have worked. The «Gregory Pest Control» comes in and basically squirts water and leaves. The next morning, bugs everywhere. It seems that we kill at least 1 or 2 roaches a day. We have tried every form of store bought bug repellent, it still is a problem (3÷16÷2015)
The areas landscaping is frequent. I see landscaping trucks around the neighborhood often.
Cleanliness isn’t what you’d expect. I frequently walk around the apartment grounds and see trash, food, and cigarette butts from other attendants. I don’t understand why people feel the need to trash their own home.
Honestly, I wish I we would have never moved here. Major mistake.
