This location is slow. I recommend ordering online. You will have a higher chance of not waiting for your food. That’s right, sometimes online orders are not made on time. This is the closest location so I go here because I don’t like the drive to the next nearest one during my lunch time. They’ve gotten my order wrong a few times. Also, one night I waited 1.5 hours for my food. By the time it was my turn, they were out of all the meat except pulled pork. They ran out of all meat and rice after me. So people had cheese and tofu. Lol. They didn’t plan on making more because it was closing time. But keep in mind, I arrived at 8:30 and was finally served at closing time. But there were another 10 people behind me who also waited as long as I did because they started locking the doors after that. I was so hungry and too stubborn to give up, but I should have left after they ran out of chicken and definitely after they ran out of steak. It was just sad.

Slowest chipotle I have ever been to… The extra time you spend sitting in the line you could drive to the next closest one and be in and out and back to work… I’m hardly exaggerating, I’m been 5 or 6 times and they are slow as Christmas 100% of the time. Chipotle needs to step in a do something about this sorry excuse for a restaurant

My wife and I are regulars at OUR local chipotle and love the food. This particular location is close to one of my job sites. I dropped in for lunch several weeks ago. What a disappointment. The inside was nasty and filthy. The service was so slow, despite the 6 people behind the glass«working.» When I finally got my steak bowl, they totally skimped on the serving size and the food was cold. The meat was obviously old and over cooked. The employees were rude as well. There was only 1 fork near the plastic ware cup, that’s right not in the cup but on the counter. Not one I would use. I was met with a disrespectful passive aggressive employee when I asked for a clean fork. I said I would never go back. However, my wife was in the area a couple weeks later and asked to meet me there for lunch despite me telling her of my previous visit. I was not surprised when we walked in. It was still nasty inside; trash on the floor, tables dirty and covered with food and paper waste, and the service was even slower than the first time. The chips were stale, and once again they were very stingy with the serving amounts. I have said it before, but I’ll say it again: if you are hungry, DONOTGOHERETOEAT! You’d be better off ANYWHERE else other than this place.

I’ve always loved Chipotle for having great fresh food and fast efficient service. This location is a big disappointment. The service is painfully slow and the staff is rude. The first few times I went to this location I thought they were slow because it’s a new location. They have been open several months now and the only thing that has changed is that the staff has a bad attitude.

This is actually the first Chipotle out of the 3 I’ve been to that actually had decent customer service. The rest are always in a rush and act as if they could care less about you as a customer AND as if they don’t care to be there… ATALL. They are not overly friendly here, but they are friendly enough to put the rest to shame and for me to give 4 stars. WAYTOGO!

Soooo… I love Chipotle with everything in me, but this one is the slowest ever! OMG! The stations are always nasty and there is always something that they have run out of unlike the other that always have someone checking in. This location let the food run out which tends to hold up the already long lines. They either need someone from the other locations to come help with the concept of fast food or something. Dont get me wrong. I understand the food is fresh and stuff, but it shouldnt be this long for a franchise that has it together at all other locations. By the way, I’m writing this review from the line that is backing up because they have run out of chicken AGAIN! Come on y’all! CHICKEN? It’s one of the staples here. Anywho, dont come if your in a hurry.

I got the chicken nachos. For the price I paid I was extremely disappointed. After the first few chips there was pretty much no chicken left. The other issue is that while eating, a couple of tables over an employee was napping. The food here I can make at home. The atmosphere has not worth it.

I eat Chipotle at least every two weeks and I’ve been to many locations. This is my second time at this location over a span of two months and it is by far the worst location I’ve been to. Both times, same experience. The ingredients were fresh, but they did not cook the rice, the rice was borderline crunchy. I ordered a burrito bowl and it was drowning in a half inch of juice because they didn’t strain the grease from the barbacoa and the pico. The service was painfully slow. The staff had no sense of urgency. There was no hustle on the line. The line was wrapped around to the door, but only one person was seated and eating. These people need training. They are giving Chipotle a bad name.

Worst Chipotle Ever!!! How is it that there is always a rice situation when I go there. Just left there and they told me they were out of white rice and when I asked when it was going to be available they said they was just going to be out. Last two times before that I went home and went to take a bite out of my burrito bowl and the rice was half cooked. How can a Chipotle not have rice or not know how to cook it when they have it available? Like I said worst ever!!!

Ordered two burrito’s on May 23 in this new location and it was very good. Long line of course…they’re doing the best that they can — it’s hard to find good help these days.

It’s chipotle, same great food. However I’ve been to this location 3 times now and every time it has been very, very slow. Keep in mind if in a hurry or if the line appears short.

That’s it no matter how much I crave Chipotle I will not go to that one! It is the absolute worse Chipotle location. The serving crew is extremely SLOW, no kidding the wait is about 30 minutes no matter the time of the day or day of the week and they are stingy with their portion especially the guacamole. The staff is not pleasant. Yuck will not be back.

Chipotle is a regular favorite. Service and style are always consistent, as well as food quality and taste. It’s just location that can be different but so far, I’ve never had a problem with any Chipotle locations, whether it’s Duluth, Lawrenceville, or Snellville. What I do want to point out is that the Snellville location is probably the smallest I’ve ever been to but that doesn’t stop them for being incredible. The crowd is definitely more mature and the location is more quiet too.

I called ahead and arrived 20 minutes early tuan my scheduled pick up time. I was greated by Farhan and he politely said give me 10 minutes and I’ll have it ready. Keep in mind the line was out the door. Walked back to my car to wait patiently, within 3 minutes I looked up and saw him waving his hand saying come back inside. This is one of the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Well dont Farhan keep up the professionalism!

The actual address is 1650 Scenic Hwy N. And it’s in the same plaza as Home Depot and Pier 1 Imports. Now on to the review. I’ve been waiting for a Chipotle near Rockdale and Gwimnet counties for years. THANKYOU chipotle for opening this location. I came during opening week and the lined wrapped around the store. I spent 36 minutes in line waiting for food. Have never had such a long Chipotle wait before but it was to be expected as the staff was still learning the ropes. I came back two weeks later and spent less than two minutes in line. Great turn around. The food is the same delicious chipotle I remember. Love it and the customizations available.

I was so excited to hear that Chipotle was going to be less than 10 mins away from me… Until I actually ate here. This place has to be the worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. Ordered a burrito bowl and got HALF the size that I would usually get from other Chipotle locations. I never have to ask for a second scoop of rice but the amount of rice I received wasn’t even enough to feed a small kitten. They skip you on everything here. From the rice portion to the meats and toppings– everything is about the size of a baby’s palm. To make things worst… the rice wasn’t even cooked. It tasted like I was eating rocks. Along with tiny portions came the horrible service. Employees here seem like they don’t really know the flow of things yet. One lady that works behind the glass is the rudest person I have ever met. Someone teach her some manners and teach her how to talk/treat a customer. She looked like she wanted to stab my mom for asking for a little more lettuce than the sprinkle she gave her. Really disappointed with this place. Won’t be back until they get the hang of things. Sticking to the Pleasant Hill location until then.

The first week opening its going so so they do not measure up to the veteran Chipotle restaurants. The rice was very very crunchy, not all the way done, the presentation was not nearly not as appealing as other Chipotle Restaurants. But hopefully after they work out all the kinks, this one will be a winner just as well as all the rest of them are.
