Don’t get me wrong… Dr. Dronavalli is a very good doctor. I’ve heard other Dr.‘s and nurses in this area say he is one of the best around. I will also say he will take very good care of you… that is if you can get to see him. His front office staff is terrible!
Today, I received the worst customer service from his staff that I have ever experienced in a doctor’s office. I really respect Dr. Dronavalli but I cannot be treated this way and return to him. I will be selecting another doctor.
