Haul Masters

I have had nothing but issues with this company! I ordered a dumpster to be delivered on Saturday and they never showed up or called to let me know there was an issue. When they did show up on Monday they brought a broken dumpster and had to take it back. THEN they called and said that they were going to bring me a smaller dumpster than I ordered. THEN I saw a charge on my account for $ 50 more that I was quoted. They said there was an extra dumping change that they never told me about. I have been waiting for a refund that was promised to me for weeks and when I spoke with their accounting team they had no clue what I was talking about! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

I had a great experience with Chris and Haul Masters. I was scheduled to start a roofing project Monday morning and the dumber was supposed to be delivered saturday afternoon. Around 5:00 I hadn’t seen a dumpster so I called Chris and found out they had written my address down incorrectly. Instead of being in a bind, Chris got one of his drivers to deliver the dumbster to me on Sunday so I would have it for my roofer Monday morning. A good company isn’t always perfect, but they go out of their way to make things right, which is what I saw Chris/​Haul Masters do.
I called Chris again Wednesday afternoon when the roof was completed to let him know he could pick it up. By 8:00am Thursday morning the dumpster was gone.
I’ve got a few more remodling projects and will be using Haul Masters for my dumpster on those as well.

PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! First issue was when they attempted to drop dumpster 2 days prior to agreed upon date. They finally got the drop date correct and dropped off container. Now the homeowners have had a dumpster in their driveway for 12 consecutive days past the day it was called off rent and the issue remains unresolved. The owner who’s name is Chris, assured me on multiple occasions that it would be a priority and it would be taken care of. «We’ll make it happen» he said. Well at this point I have received nothing but lies, stories, unanswered phone calls and zero results. It’s an absolute travesty that someone gave these people a business license. Georgia can certainly do better!

Terrible experience.
Ordered 20 yard dumpster, they delivered 14 yard dumpster 1 1 – 2 days late. Owner, Chris, will BS you on the phone. They don’t deliver on time, very costly if you are paying people to help load it.
Didn’t pick up on time. Dumpster blocked the driveway for two days while I had building supplies delivered.
I am amazed these guys are still in business.
After the fact, I saw several bad reviews on other sites. I wish I would have seen them before I called this company.
Never again!
