My name is Keith and I am contacting you in regards to the service I have been provided with your local sprint store and the team leaders. I entered the store 4÷16÷2014 and it has been a night mare. I explained to the personnel that I was on a tight budget and that an agreed price of 179.99 plus tax that was included with 2 phone lines, insurance, and, unlimited data. My first bill was 223.07, which I thought would of gone down to the $ 179.99 price since that was my first initial payment of new service. The payment has been the same. The second conversation was about coverage. I specifically said the two area of where my I would need the coverage which is Waverly Hall or Pine Mountain Ga. I recently received a call and was told that my Step Mother was in hospice care. I left Friday 25,2014 to the Pine Mountain area and tried making a call from Pine Mountain to Waverly Hall to the person that is in Hospice Care which was unsuccessful. As soon as I was able to contact Sprint I did and all they could say was an apologize and that they don’t guarantee service everywhere. What a RESPONSE!!! When it came to reducing my monthly payments, the only resolution was reducing my plan off the unlimited plan. This is not how you conduct business! How is this making what was dishonest right? I spoke with numerous people for over 2hrs today 7÷28÷2014 and the employee PERPARIM on the 1−888−211−4727 number slipped up and said that he would give me the executive e-mail address on our phone call and then wouldn’t do it after asking him numerous times over the phone for the e-mail. Then he hung up. I am copy and pasting this message to every place that will let me write a review on the SPRINT website, or until the CEO hears about this situation. I wish this store were better for it is the closest one to me. Service is awful, the«Customer Service» people they have seem more interested in taking care of their homies or being on the phone than actually helping customers. 4 times I have had to go there for problems with phone, looking at new devices, etc and it’s always the same. It is so bad that I will switch carriers as soon as I am able.
