1001 Area Rugs Galore

First of all, I want to say that this place has a large selections as long as you find the one you like in stock. If they are ordering it, you need to make sure they call the company to see if it is on back order or not before you leave the store. Unfortunately I bought a family room rug and ordered a matching runner and a small size rug to be delivered in a few weeks. Later I have got an email saying it is on back order and it will take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I chose another one to find out that was on back order too. It has been almost 10 weeks and I have not received the rug yet. I have called a few times to check the status and the customer rep told me the company who sends my rug is not that reliable and the rug estimated delivery time is in mid July now. Why deal with someone who is not reliable to start with? If you decided to do that as a company, please let the customer know from the day one what they are getting in to. My experience with their customer service has not been great except the first day with Katie. Guinevere, please don’t yell at your customer instead of apologizing for the inconvenience your company created.

Everyone in the store is always so helpful!!! I recently bought my first house and the gal working was so patient and helpful and took the time to look at our paint colors to reccomend the perfect rug! I highly reccomend this business for anyone and everyone looking for a quality product!

We recently completed a major remodel including new hardwoods and needed to buy a number of new rugs. A friend of mine told me about Rugs Galore. I was skeptical at first since I live in Seattle and this store is in little ol’ Snohomish, but I was very impressed with their HUGE website. I was even more impressed when I went up there and met with Guinevere. Warning: Do not dismiss this young lady because she is young! In fact, in subsequent visits when I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with the owner who doesn’t seem to be nearly as capable as Guinevere, my positive impression of her grew even greater. She’s handled numerous emails and phone calls as we attempted to pick the best rugs (6 in all) for our space.
Fantastic selection and as long as you have Guinevere helping you, you will be VERY pleased with your experience!

Ordered a area rug pad from these guys and their delay in shipping it caused me to have to wait an entire week before being to place it under the carpet that arrived much sooner.
