Bel-Kirk Heating and Cooling Service

Terrible driver, terrible management, no follow-​through or customer service. Driving on highway 2 recently a mother of two was run off the road by one of the Bel-​kirk heating and cooling drivers. Aside from just running her off the road, the driver decided to also call her a «f*cking c*nt» and sped off in his work van. Information was called in to this business with specifics and a description of the driver, however there has been no action taken.
No call-​backs, no follow-​ups and no apology from this company despite reports from multiple people and messages left for the owner. Not the type of company I’d want to be associated with or do business with either.

Very quick service. Called at 9am in a Saturday and was here by 10am. Professional. Great!

After 3 years and numerous searches for the air filters in our furnace (to no avail) I thought it might be time to have our furnace serviced.
I found Bel-​Kirk by searching the Better Business Bureau. The A+ rating caught my eye. I placed a call and David, the owner, answered after a few rings. I asked some questions and he took the time to answer them. I told him that I was not looking for a company that would service the furnace and then try to sell me a new system. I made it clear I did not want to be given a sales pitch. David understood and said that wasn’t the type of business he ran. A general furnace service/​cleaning runs $ 129. The other place I called was $ 170.
David was right on time and worked for about 1.5 hrs, cleaning and servicing the furnace. He cleaned it up real nice and explained what he did to me after the work was complete. He also found the filters that the last place conveniently failed to re-​install 3 years ago and installed them for us at no charge.
We had a good chat about small business in general. Nice guy. Honest work. Recommended.
