Shady Business Practice! I purchased a groupon from them a few weeks ago but every time I tried to visit them during their «advertised open «business hours they are closed! My voucher expires in about a week and I don’t understand why you would offer a groupon special only good for a time period that you are never open !

Once again, we grabbed a Groupon Now (to use the same day) and headed to McAuslan’s for another tree and a few more plants for the yard. We had previously gone to Home Depot and then Fred Meyer, but their selection was horrible. So, we trekked back to our old standby and were delighted to have found the perfect Sunset Maple at an outstanding price! I LOVE this place! So accommodating and full of useful suggestions and information. Very happy with all of our purchases in the past two years.

Had no trouble using our Groupon on a nice tree yesterday, after READING the groupon and understanding the terms. Excellent nursery with plenty of nice trees, and great, friendly service to boot.
READ your groupon, go there, use it and BE NICE. It’s really not that hard.

McAuslan’s has an amazing inventory of trees and shrubs, some of which I’ve never seen at other nurseries. The assistance I received from an employee named Caroline, who was extremely knowledgeable, went far beyond the call of service. My visit wasthe best experience I’ve ever had at a nursery!

We purchased 2 groupons for this nursery because the groupon said 2 was the limit. My wife went to the nursery to redeem the groupons and picked out an expensive bush. She brings her groupons to the counter and is told she can’t use both of then on the item… So what the heck. The deal says you can buy 2, but you can’t use 2? Thats total crap. We complain to groupon and they just say theres the stipulation that you can’t use it with any other offer. Well its the same offer. In fact its the same offer that said you can buy 2 at once… Anyway we end up having to spend 50 bucks we didnt want to spend just to get our money out of the groupons on their overpriced plants. Not to mention there is very little parking and no one around to help usually… We won’t be back
