McDonald’s

This restaurant is absolutely THE worst McDonalds. If you’re lucky enough to get hot food, then you are likely going to be missing an item you paid for, apple pie, hash brown etc. Tonight, once again, my order was shorted by one item out of four ordered.
I once tried to contact the owner about a rude employee and kept getting the runaround by whoever answered the phone. I never did get to speak with the owner. I have frequented this restaurant since it opened and it has been consistently bad. If there was another choice in my neighborhood for fast food then I would never frequent this business. Maybe the owner and manager should visit their restaurant at Canyon Park and see how a proper McDonalds operates.

Store manager was SO nice, he was friendly, fast and obviously enjoys his job which made the experience that much better. No loitering around the restraunt, we liked that. They have a play place but it could use some updating and I kind of wish they would have turned the outside heaters on since it was cold and rainy. Overall, fresh food, friendly employees and a clean restraunt!

Every order was delivered wrong for everyone in line, the fries were old and stale, and every table in the place was filthy. I guess it’s your typical McDonald’s experience.

Clean, accessible McDonald’s. Drive thru workers are usually friendly and fast. Inside, the play area is really nice and usually pretty quiet. We usually come right at the end of breakfast/​beginning of lunch if going in to play though. I don’t fault the workers for using the time to breathe, play on their phones, etc. when we’re pretty much the only customers there, but it doesn’t earn them five stars either.

A nice, newly remodeled location. Food is fresh, service is friendly and location is very clean. It is McDonalds, but for a McDonalds, it would be a five star location.
