The Vault Hair Lounge

The Vault is an upscale salon and provides exceptional customer service. I have been a client since Salon opened and have seen all the hard work the owners have put in to make the Vault a success. I am saddened by the previous reviews., because they are aimed at the wrong target. As I understand it, the stylists who promised to provide services for the wedding, are no longer at the Vault I can only imagine how upsetting this must have been for the bride and the owners of the Vault. A wedding day is one of the most important days in a woman’s life. I am sorry that the stylists that were booked to do your wedding left, But, this is not the fault of the Vault, and it is not really fair to call the Vault a terrible salon. In fact, your words can cause damage. The Vault is a fabulous salon and is not responsible for stylists who no longer are employed at the Vault… It saddens me to know someone can come on Unilocal and slander a business for something they had no control over. Words out anger hurt others.

I recommended this place to a girlfriend for her wedding and wedding party. She confirmed her reservation 3 days before the wedding and they called today — 2 days before her WEDDING DAY — and cancelled on her. Unacceptable. Would never recommend this place again. So unprofessional.

This place is absolutely terrible. My wedding is this coming Saturday and the salon decided to call me today (Wednesday) at 1:30pm and tell me they unable to fulfill my appointment for hair and makeup for me and my entire bridal party. SERIOUSLY? 3 days before my wedding and they are cancelling on me???
I placed at least 5 calls to this place verifying the appointments and at no point did anyone ever ask me about placing a deposit or anything to that nature.
Additionally, i had placed a call to the salon YESTERDAY, literally YESTERDAY, and verified we were still good to go for this Saturday.
This place is a joke and I hope they go out of business. The last thing any girl needs is more stress in her life, ESPECIALLY 3 DAYS BEFORE ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT DAYS OF THEIR LIFE.
I sincerely hope by writing this review that I am saving some other patrons a lot of heartache by steering clear of this salon.

I didn’t plan on updating my hair. But since I’m seriously so angry right now I think I should let you know. I got my hair done by Brandi last month. She messed up my hair so bad, it’s fragile and stringy that I had no choice but to get my hair cut very short recently. So damaged that the salon I went to was scared to touch my hair. You know what’s worse. My hair was falling out in patches while it was getting washed. Doesn’t that tell you how severely damaged my hair is. Angela was nice to refund me back the money but that doesn’t ignore the fact that my hair is so ruined. It can’t be fix and I would have to get a lot of olaplex treatment until it gets healthy again. Not to mention Brandi never apologized, only the owner did. It shows a lot.

Great place. I love going to a locally owned shop. And the best part is they are excellent. Great cuts and amazing color. They also do makeup. Usually places are only good at one or the other. Not this place. They do it all and top notch. Highly recommend. And if you live in the area it’s so convenient not to have to go to Seattle or alderwood mall to get your hair cut. This is a professional high quality salon. You won’t be disappointed. I have long thick dark hair and cover my grey.

I love Marley! I was first referred to her (though social media) when I asked for recommendations for hair and makeup for my wedding. I instantly fell in love with Marley and her style. I used her for my wedding and I have been a faithful client since my trial. All of my friends now go to The Vault now. Some see Marley, some see Brandy, some have seen some of the other girls, but ALL of them are happy. And ALL of the staff there is talented, trendy, and personable. I cannot recommended them enough.

I wish I would have done a before picture of my almost virgin hair. Dark brown and wanting something different and lighter I came in and Stephanie greeted me. She was super attentive to me wanting a super low maintenance look. She balayaged me perfectly, I couldn’t be happier. It’s super blended with lots of depth in color. I appear super blonde in the light and in the shade I look light brown. Not to mention she got my feathered bangs right! Definitely will be back! Thanks again!

I absolutely love this salon. It is beautiful and so inviting inside! All the stylists had smiles on their faces and made me feel so welcomed. I got my hair done by stylist and make up artist, Marley. She gave me excellent service going above and beyond expectations for my hair. I’ve also gotten make up done by her and it looked amazing! She does such a great job in both that I booked her for my wedding! I will never even consider going to anther salon. If you don’t have a salon that you regular, give The Vault Hair Lounge your business and they will not disappoint!

I had my hair done at The Vault by Marley! I could not have been happier with the result! The Salon is beautiful and welcoming and everyone was so friendly! I would highly recommend heading into downtown Snohomish to get done up at The Vault! I will be returning and recommending all my friends to go get their hair done here as well! I’m still getting compliments on my hair color weeks later!

I started going to Nicole 6 or 7 years ago and not once have I strayed!
Anyone who has curly hair knows the importance of finding a stylist who understands, listens and does a fantastic job. I trust Nicole and follow her lead on what would look or work best for my hair. I’ve never had a bad cut, color or style.

Angela has been doing my hair for almost 8 yrs, I have natural curly hair that has a mind of its own, she thinks outside the box. Her cuts and color are amazing! The dimension I get with the Multi color scheme has been nothing short of constant compliments… the un orthodox way she cuts completely caters to me as an individual… curly hair is NOT text book! The salon uses natural/​safe products but yet maintains an uptown current vibe… I always look forward to my conditioning treatment with a nice glass of wine… the girls in this salon have become family! I needed to leave a review but don’t take my spot… every six weeks 3pm Thursday!

I made an appointment a couple months ago with Angela (owner) because my daughter told me to give this place a chance because they know what they are doing with hair.
Well I was amazed at the end result Angela did a color, highlight and cut and it was fabulous. I have never had so many compliments on how great my hair looked including compliments from men at my office. Made me feel beautiful!
So I had another appointment today with Angela for a touch up and trim and again I feel amazing. My hair shines and feels and looks so much healthier.
They use organic products so you don’t get the ammonia smell or burning and your hair looks amazing!!!
I would and have recommended this place to so many people.
