This place couldn’t have been any better. Had a quarterly meeting with other juvenile administration agency Echo Glenn High School. The best I have experienced hands down in Washington. The waterfall and the trip into town was all great. Staff was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable of their area. I am coming back here again. 500 dollars a night, but you can’t beat this gorgeous gift from the universe and God!

I decided to take my wife up to Salish Lodge for her birthday on a Monday night after work. When we arrived, the complimentary Valet was very nice. During check-in we were told how quiet of a day it had been. They upgraded us to a room with a view, how special! The room was beautiful, with modern«lodge feeling» finishes, a wood burning fireplace, wonderfully comfortable bed, an amazing jetted tub with a sliding screen that opens the view from the tub to the room and cozy fireplace. The view was very nice, we could see just over the top of the cataract. We thought the two closets with the automatic lights were a nice touch. We had it all, and with tall vaulted ceilings! Every staff member we ran into was wonderfully polite and seemed genuinely interested in us. We decided to eat dinner that night in the Attic just down the hall from our room. The ambiance was very comfortable and warm. Our server gave us great recommendations for food and drinks. We sat tucked in a secluded romantic corner on a cozy couch. After dinner we relaxed in the jetted tub while the fire burned away. It was such a relaxing night, unplugged from the world. Before we knew it, we were fast asleep with the dull sound of powerful falling water just out the window. In the morning we meandered down to the dining room for breakfast. They seated us in the best room in the house! The nook was hanging out from the rest of the building overlooking the spectacular falls and the mountainous view. I had secretly given the hostess the gift box with the earnings for my wife’s birthday. I assured her it wasn’t for an «engagement» and to bring it out with mimosas. Shortly after ordering our breakfast, our server brought out our mimosas on a tray COVERED in rose petals and the small gift box in the center. It was most romantic and my wife was elated! I couldn’t believe how much the staff at Salish Lodge kept going above and beyond. We had the pancakes and the crap eggs Benedict, they were both so delicious. My wife who doesn’t normally enjoy eggs Benedict was a huge fan. Our server then even brought out a small delicious dessert with a candle in it for my wife’s birthday. Our server timed breakfast perfectly with our spa session at 9am. I highly recommend doing the early bird special during the week to get the spa discount, it was so worth it. The massage was one of the best I have had and the message therapist was very sweet and experienced. After the massage, they take you to the sauna and pools. The steam room was amazing! The 2 pools with the view of the mountains were very nice too. The entire time we were in the sauna and pools, we were absolutely alone, it was ever so romantic. Checkout was at noon, we didn’t want to leave! Our time there was a 10⁄10 experience. I would recommend Salish Lodge to anyone and will definitely be back! The staff and lodge were amazing. –Grady

My experience overall was okay. Nothing was terrible, but also nothing was life-changing. I traveled from Seattle which is about 30 – 35 miles away from Salish so it was a nice little getaway from home that was still close to home. I think that it’s definitely worth the trip if you’ve never been here before. We were greeted by the friendliest hostesses who wished us a happy anniversary :) We were then escorted to our river-view king room. The room was spacious, came with a fridge, Keurig machine, fireplace and jacuzzi. We had a view of the Snoqualmie river which was beautiful. We even got a complimentary bottle of champagne. We had a fireplace couple’s massage that day. I thought it was cool that they transformed an ordinary guest room to have massages there. The massage was alright… I am extremely ticklish so I probably had a bit more anxiety than I should have lol. Dinner was probably the most disappointing part of the trip… Yes, the package we got also gave us a $ 100 credit for dinner. But the prices were extremely high considering the quality/quantity of food. $ 52 for an 8oz steak that was just mediocre. And an «appetizer» ravioli for $ 20. Yes one ravioli for $ 20. I’ve been to fancy restaurants before but I always felt like what I paid was well worth it. It just didn’t feel like the case here :( Room service ends at 11pm which we were a little disappointed by. I felt like the lobby and my room were cold even after lighting our fireplace.

We came without a reservation. We were greeted by a great hostess and sat near a window to see the falls. We were then approached by a very sweet waitress. She took our order. Our food and drinks came out fast and correct. She checked on us twice. The pancakes were delicious and the price wasn’t bad.
Every time I hear Salish Lodge & Spa I think LUXURYBOUTIQUEHOTEL! Probably because of the setting on the beautiful Snoqualmie Falls, the fact that most everyone I know get a gift card here for their wedding, or hear of tons of couples who come here for a couples getaway. When my husband surprised me with a trip to the spa here, I was super excited and had high expectations! We got the«therapeutic» couples massage and instead of it being in a traditional massage room, we were walked down the halls to what looks like a converted hotel room in to a massage room! Super cute! When we climbed on to the massage table however, the table itself was warm in the middle but the outer edges were cold and even felt a bit damp. There was a crackling fire but the room was kept pretty cool. My masseur was Janice who was ok — although I felt like she spent a lot of time going in and out of the warmer to grab hot towels, hot rocks, hot pads which kind of took away from the massage itself. My feet were freezing so it would have been nice if Janice had taken note of that and kept hot towels on my feet to warm them up. She also used a heating pad on my stomach which was unusual as well. We have two kids under the age of 3 so we haven’t gotten much sleep in the last 6 months or so! My husband and I fully expected to fall asleep on the table but unfortunately the massage wasn’t relaxing enough to induce sleep. Afterwards we both looked at each other and said, ‘Meh — it was alright’. The changing room was pretty small and consists of two bathrooms and a shower. They don’t clean the shower in between so when I went in to use it, there were used bathrobes and washcloths hanging in there. The door to the changing room is one that slides open so you have to physically slide it back to close. Unfortunately when I stepped out of the shower to go to my locker, I noticed that the lady that was just in here changing had left the sliding door open! Luckily I had put on most of my clothes in the shower area but be warned! As part of the spa package, you also have use of the pools! There is a still pool, a jetted pool, a wet and dry sauna. The wet sauna has to be turned on and takes a while for the steam to start up. The dry sauna is pretty small so if you’re over 5′ 3″, you probably won’t be able to lie down on the benches. We spent the majority of the time in the jetted pool which was nice — I loved the open windows around that area! There’s also loungers and magazines for when you want to take a break. There’s water available with oranges and lemons floating in it although I wished that there were also snacks! I wished the pools were more different other than still vs jetted(i.e. salt pool, mineral pool, cold pool, etc). For us, the pools were actually more relaxing than the massage itself and I felt like my neck tension felt better after the soak vs after the massage!
