Jamba Juice

I love Jamba Juice. My favorite are the good olé Cold Buster (now Orange C) and the breakfast turkey sausage wrap.

This Jamba Juice is the closest one and it has everything I want. The wraps and sandwiches that the jamba in Carmel valley lacks. And they always hook it up with great service and drinks.

Their hours are posted wrong and always seem annoyed with customers and the fact they have to serve us. Not pleased at all.

I ordered one of their «freshly squeezed juices» and they just stuck the ingredients in the blender. Not what I ordered, and felt like I paid for a high priced item when it was just blended. Wanted it to be a part of my juice cleanse too and it clearly wasn’t just juice.

After the 25 year old manager told me «I have a lot to learn.» They kicked me out for requesting a strawberry surfrider. Then another angry lady told me to leave. I respectfully went outside. Next she told me to leave the common area. I was just trying to enjoy some jamba juice with my girlfriend. I would suggest new management to get this place under control. If you consider visiting this dining establishment I wish you luck.

Jamba is what it is. Not my favorite smoothies and juices out there and not the healthiest but you know what you are gonna get when you come in and they are consistent. And they taste good!
I came in to this location for the 25^th anniversary free smoothies or juice — small tropical greens, 12 oz strawberries wild and Caribbean passion.
The line to order was only a couple people deep but the line waiting for drinks was long — maybe 10 people. At first I thought oh great this is gonna take forever. But I went ahead and ordered. And seriously, the employees ROCKED it! I couldn’t believe how quickly they were pumping out those drinks. I am sure they had all the ingredients for those three drinks ready to go, but I was floored at how quickly the line disappeared and my name was called. I’ve never had a smoothie or juice made that quickly at Jamba, EVER (and I’ve had myself an almost embarrassing amount of Jamba juice)! And none of the drinks were premade — I looked. They were fresh blending as the order came in. Super impressive and I told them!

After reading all the reviews I’ve realized one thing: this place just can’t please them all.
Well, their friendly morning greeting, helpful guidance on picking something new and just the fact that they are open at 6:30am pleased me. And that’s all that matters.

Stopped by this location with my bf before the car show at the race track. I always like jamba juice when it hot out. If you asked me when jamba first came out I would have given it 5 stars but there are so many other places now that offer healthy or fresher options like Nekter for example. I do like this location though becuase of the guy who took my order… he was super friendly! My drink was made quickly and it tasted great!

This Jamba Juice location rocks. Healthy fresh squeezed juice contains so many vitamins and nutrients yet tastes decadent.
I love the friendly staff here, they are knowledgeable and helpful and that makes my juice taste better, i kid you not! It makes a difference when healthy fresh juice is served to me with a big smile. Jamba does a great job of adapting their menu to suit the customer. I have noticed changes in their products. Smoothies used to be all the rage, but frozen is so yesterday, fresh tastes better.
My favorite flavor, tropical greens uses enough kale, chia, pineapple and apple to give me 4 servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruit in one delicious drink. I recommend asking them to serve it on the rocks, I mean over ice.
I would love to give them 5 stars which will happen if they upgrade and go organic.

Came in on a Sunday around 4;00pm, the place had a few guest already ordering. We didn’t wait too long for our orders. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. My only problem was the inside set-​up, after ordering you are greeted with other guest just standing directly in front of the register not moving over to the already cramped set-​up. Overall good drinks for the overprice dollar, but hey we all know before walking in. Thxs JJ.

Alright, an update is deserved. My last review cited faulty equipment, and less than sanitary sniffles but in the last few months they’ve made some great improvements on those issues.
Maybe the staff has gone through some more training, and they’ve definitely fixed and managed their equipment. They’ve also scheduled better, no more poor lone employee handling the crowd.

Well, went here yesterday, Thursday, at about 2pm… and well of course I’m sure all of us are going to be a bit weary from Holiday festivities… but well we gotta do what we gotta do. and I just wanted to pick up an easy order of some jamba juice so that I can head to the hospital and do my job as well…
So I enter and it’s absolutely dead… no one is in and the only worker available was «Josh =) «. So Josh with a smiley face on your name tag barely acknowledges me… doesn’t even say hello and continues to stare at me from behind the register with dead eyes and sighing every 5 seconds… ohhhhkaaaay… so I order, doesn’t even tell me my amount or that he’s ready for my payment, but continues to just stare at me like… «Alright lady, are you done yet???» I’m standing there kind of confused as I wonder if I had somehow offended this kid… By this time I wanted to grab one of the blenders from the back and smash it against his face… I mean, I’m a paying customer… and I don’t want you groveling at my feet but hell… give me a hello, a smile, or something because by the end of my annoying as hell experience at this jamba juice I have already solidified that I will NOT be coming back to this location ever again.
So «Josh =)» I’m glad your store manager had placed their business cards with their contact info on it right on the counter for me to grab so that I can let them know that you’re the reason they’ll be losing my business and I’m sure many more to come.

Worst service I’ve had at a place in a long time.

My favorite is the orange dream machine. Taste like an orange julius yum!!!

Love how friendly everyone is here and how they always let me call ahead and order my drink when I’m running late. Sometimes they are out of seasonal items or menu items with no sign which can be frustrating but other than that great service.

The kids and I go here regularly after school, usually on Wednesdays. They love the fruit smoothies, and I always give a shot of probiotics (who knows why, but it’s only 50cents). Sometimes we get the chocolate smoothie as a treat, yummy. Fast service, no complaints.

DISGUSTING! Have been there two times.
Both times they use RUSTY KNIVES!
I ordered oatmeal, and they used a rusty knife to cut the banana. Then when I asked for a different knife, the girl working there «was like, we don’t have any other knives».
So I cut it myself with a plastic spoon.
This happened again on my second and now, LAST trip there.
Quality control apparently is not important to them.
STAY AWAY!

Fruit, Yogurt/​Sorbet, Juice and Ice in a Blender … The recipe is simple and the smoothies are D-​LISH!
Given my personal motto for Jamba Juice, I want to cry when their simplistic recipe is blundered by an uncaring soul (or maybe they’re just n00bs).
Solana Beach Jamba Juice is a nice clean spot tucked in the Dixieline Lumber Shopping Plaza, the staff is friendly (which is always expected at a Jamba Juice) and the few times I’ve been there, it’s never been crowded (as I’ve experienced at others).
Unfortunately, my most recent visit to Solana Beach wasn’t what I’ve come to expect from Jamba Juice, and didn’t realize it until I was down the road — It possessed an odd consistency (way too watery to be a smoothie) and didn’t quite right … I’m sure they’ll get it right the next time, otherwise, I know they’ll make it til they get it right =)
