Solon Dry Cleaners

They dry cleaned my blanket instead of washing it — it is washable. The stains are still there. Leaving it soaked in chemicals and with a oily– feel — like there are still petroleoums and chemicals on it. The water even beads on the blanket and it leaves a oily feeling. Not soft and fluffy like when it went in. Basically left with option to wash 10 x to remove the film or toss blanket out. Seeing as I have a coin operated laundry in my building I now just have to put the blanket away till I have expendable time to fix this. Useless — they can’t even read the tag and wash a washable item because they would rather fill the world with chemicals and charge a dry cleaning charge. Go elsewhere — tons of dry cleaners in Beachwood/​Richmond Rd area. Find one that is enviromentally friendly — ask them if they are.
