This office neglects the needs of their patients.
Pablo told me to see a urologist. I found one and called him back for a referral, and his assistant VERONICA told me he was gone for vacation and she couldn’t help me. I told her I was in immense pain. She obviously didn’t look at my file because she prescribed me Bacterium (an antibiotic to kill bacteria EVEN THOUGH I had NO SIGN of bacteria and I JUST FINISHED an ineffective cycle of Bactrim). I begged her for help but she said all she could do was call 8:30AM first thing Monday with the referral. I AM PEEING BLOOD, and they’re out to lunch. I’ve called the office 5 times today and Veronica won’t call me back. I’ve left many messages and I’m in terrible pain.
No one is willing to help me. I’ve now talked to three different people about the urgency of my situation, and everyone promises they’ll call right back. No one has called me back, and now everyone is out to lunch. I am going to have to go to urgent care and incur superfluous costs because these «professionals» will not do their job. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, especially given the severity of my situation. BEWARE.
