Horrible customers service! Two black girls at customer service talking and completely ignoring me. I waited there for about 5 minutes until a white lady came and asked, «Can I help you!» Why hire people who don’t want to do they’re jobs.

This might just be the final straw. I bought a gift, saved the receipt. Went back to exchange, and had to pay extra because«It’s not on sale anymore.» I get home, still fuming and call the manager, who tries explaining to me that the items aren’t EXACTLY the same. So I put it in simple terms for him. «If I bought red Play-Doh on sale, and now I want to exchange it for blue, I need to pay extra? Even if they are of the same value?» He tells me they are two different items and«the system didn’t recognize it.» B.S., I say. I brought it to the attention of the Customer Service employee, she didn’t recognize it either. She charged me an extra $ 5 to exchange my son’s Christmas present. Up yours sideways, K-mart.

The greatest thing about the Kmart in Somers Point is that it’s never crowded but for some reason the registers are almost always backed up.
