The place itself is nice, but the food is horrible. The baels are soggy and chewy. Too bad coz the place is new. Intil the owner is going to do something about the bagels, I am not coming back.

My fiancé and I moved around the corner from this Dunkin’ Donuts location 2 years ago. We were excited to have our favorite coffee so close to home. However, this store has consistently messed up our order ever since we started coming here. I’ve been very patient with them, but enough is enough. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte during the fall season, and they forgot to put the pumpkin syrup in it. Also, I always order my coffee with cream and sugar, and they have regularly forgotten to put sugar in it, or they will put milk in it instead of cream(I can taste the difference DD). Today was my final straw with them. My fiancé ordered a breakfast sandwich, and they gave him a blueberry muffin. This means they must have messed up someone else’s order too and given that person his sandwich. These mistakes have always happened when we’ve used the drive –through, so we often don’t realize we have the wrong food/drink until we are already home. Guess what, DD, people don’t want to pay for and eat something they didn’t order. This store has officially lost our business. We will drive a little further to get the right food.

New location — I’m thinking new should be better right? Wrong! I had a toasted poppy bagel with cream cheese and it felt like chewing a car tire, wow. It was not crispy fresh bagel at all. My mouth was just chewing and chewing it and eventually it started to hurt. As if it was microwaved, but no way toasted. If you squeezed it, you probably could make heavy balls out of it lol, that’s how bad the dough is. Other locations have yummy toasty crispy bagels. Is the owner trying to be cheap? But I am not going back to this location that’s for sure(sweet smile).

What I wanted was a large iced green tea but what I got was a large iced regular tea that was probably left over from the day before based on its taste. Disappointing way to start the day! An isolated incident here but still frustrating!

This place is right around the corner from my office. The employees working there are extremely efficient and super friendly. Go there enough, and they’ll start calling you by name. They have a drive-thru, which is awesome, but can get backed up into the road during the morning rush, making it a little tricky getting in & out of the parking lot and drive-thu lane. However, the line moves very quickly so you don’t have to worry about the wait. Overall, this is one of the best Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to.

The only show in town leads to high prices and low quality. Deceptive business practices and low quality for price charged. Drive thru has combo#5 for $ 5.xx on order board, ordered it but went extra large on coffee(expected up charge). I was in a rush & didn’t pay attention to the total $ 7.xx got to my destination &DD had charged me for hash browns(not part of combo or price) not only that but there were only 3 hash browns included! Also the bagels looked, tasted and sized like Lender’s Freezer bagels that were microwaved. Absolutely disgusting. You guys(D&D Corporate) need to stop funding celebrity endorsements like Eli Manning and concentrate on what used to be your core business: High Quality Coffee and Donuts, fast & at at a reasonable price that generates high customer surplus. McDonalds has your butt whooped in the breakfast(quality –consistency — price) business. I wont be back.

Nice new location. Went there today, Sunday afternoon, to order one of their bakery sandwiches and a Mocha Coolatta. service was quick but the young lady forgot the straw and napkins and drink tasted more like a Chocolate Coolatta. The quality of service is probably better during the week.

They give me coffee when I drive up to their drive-through window. It is a hot cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee. I sniff it and go sip sip sip. They smile and say«thank you come again.» Happy boy gets coffee and says yay yay yay!

It had cold beverages. That is what I needed. Dunkin donuts coffee is always a great pick me up. Plus, they sell ice cream in this location also. There are televisions showing the food network and tons of seating inside. Most people just take their drinks and doughnuts to go. I am happy for this location. It is near the exit of the hiking trail, so it was convenient for me.

The staff is friendly and the inside is clean, my problem is with the food! This dunkin donuts has run out of donuts very early in the day on multiple occasions, they apparently get them delivered rather than make them there, or so they said. And rather than toast a bagel, it’s more like they microwave it, it seems hot and kind of soggy by the time I get it. I’d rather take the time to make my own breakfast than buy from here.

I have the good fortune of passing this Dunkin Donuts on the way to work and I say that because the service is excellent. I’m always greeted in a friendly way whether it’s in the morning or the afternoon. My order is always correct and they keep the drive-thru moving. All DD should be like this one.
