This Dunkin’ Donuts location located in the Twin City Plaza is conveniently located near a ton of great shops. This particular store has a lackluster group of employees, but overall the coffee is OK. As a fan of Dunks, I only come to this particular location if I am in the area and have no other choices.
The other frustrating thing about this Dunks is that they lock their bathrooms in an attempt to keep them clean. Although this isn’t usually an issue, when you ask to use their facilities, the staff looks at you as if you have just insulted their family.
Moral of the story, shop here if you can’t stop at the other locations in Sommerville.
