Well, this place has gone and raised their prices, guess the initial honeymoon/intro period is over. Food is still the same. You’re still stuck with plastic containers, paper or styrofoam plates, and plastic cutlery. They are now pricier than Punjabi Dhabi in Inman Square, which at least gives you real metal plates and cutlery, albeit doesn’t provide the free hot chai.

Delicious chicken momos, chili chicken momos, and chole bhature. Veggie momos and biryani were a bit bland, but the momo sauces are tasty. Fillings are pretty finely-ground, have only caught a hard-bit once. No frills dining, but I have to get momos to-go when I’m in the neighborhood. The complimentary masala chai is a nice perk too! They’ve also got the widest selection of momo types(buffalo, anyone?) I’ve ever seen on a local menu.

This eclectic little place has intersting food and service in a very casual setting. If in the area, put it on the list of places to check out.

Amazing! These are the best momos I have had since I traveled in northern India. I will stop here anytime I find the time in Boston ! I suggest the goat momos.

Yes. YES!!! This place is amazing. I’ve only had the take-out, but the food was fresh, hot and delicious. I encourage you to try any of their momo selections. We asked for spicy and they did not disappoint. It wasn’t face-searingly hot, but it was enough to make me sweat. I’m a spicy fiend. Goat and water buffalo momos and goat curry with the meat falling off the bone and rice cooked perfectly to sop it all up… Momo n Curry n Endorphins. A+, will NOMMMMM again!

For the price of the food, I’d expect a better quality dining experience. This place is probably best for take-out(the atmosphere and service is lacking).

Went there for a quick lunch today. I ordered the chicken tiki Marsala and it was very good! It came with three good size pieces of nan and a sauce. The sauce was pretty much ranch dressing but it was good. The inside is small but comfortable. The staff was friendly and responsive. It took about 10 minutes from the time I ordered until I received my food. They offered it in mild, medium and hot. Hot wasn’t that hot if you like spicy.

I loved my lamb momos but thought the vegetable ones were only okay — they were filled mainly with potatoes which seemed unnecessary with the dough. I got the chilly sauce on the momos, which was really sweet and tomato-y and unfortunately made them not that good. The daal makhani was super savory and amazing. Next time I will ask for it a lot spicier, though, because on mild spice it was lacking depth of flavor. Overall the food quality was really high, very hot and fresh ingredients. The free masala chai was wonderful. I will come back here again, for sure, and I hope I am updating this review with five stars once I figure out the best things to order.

This is the best place to get good momo in Cambridge, Somerville area. I love their vegetable and spicy chicken momos and my husband like lamb vindaloo. Good quality food and very reasonable price. It’s more like a take out place than a sit down restaurant, but the service is very good.

This is the gem we discovered while driving around the area. The place has excellent momos and chow mein. Today we tried their thuppa and its worth driving 25 miles for … Will keep coming here again and again

Great food, great service, Great location! We tried their veggie momos last Friday. Never had such a tasty momos. When we went there owner was actively working in the kitchen. Staff are very pleasing and friendly. Service was very quick as well. Will definitely be one of their frequent customers!

We came here after grocery shopping at Market Basket. We ordered the goat momos and chicken saag with rice. The food was pretty good but I think it would have been much better if we had eaten in the restaurant rather than getting take out. The goat in the momo was too hard and the chicken in the saag was on the blander side. Service was slower as well. But the atmosphere was lovely and the food was still tasty regardless!

Food: 3.5÷5.0 Service: 2.0÷5.0 Value: 3.0÷5.0 Décor: 3.0÷5.0 Overall: 3.0÷5.0 The momo’s are pretty good and definitely worth trying, the free masala chai is good, but unfortunately the meat curries and biryani are mediocre(haven’t tried the veg options). The portions are all pretty solid. Overall not a bad takeout/delivery spot(especially for the momo’s), but probably not much more than that.

Every Sunday on my way to the airport, I pickup momo’s. To place an order I HAVE to call them atleast 6 – 7 times to get thru them on both their numbers and girl who picks up is giggling most of the time– this 1 star is for that. Just one suggestion to the owner, make customer service your first priority. I’ll recommended this place to all desi’s and non-desi’s who love spicy food. Food is awesome no doubt.

I just went here tonight. I ordered chicken tikka masala, garlic naan and the spice chicken momo. Friendly, quick service(I picked up), and very legit food. The prices are unbeatable. All of this for $ 23. I love Diva in Davis Sq and pretty much compare everything to their cooking. Was it as good? Close, but no. That being said, way, way less money and definitely very good. I will come back here.

Some of the menu items are good… but I can’t say the service was For example waiting in line to make an order staring at the cashier She does not even acknowledge me and skips over me and greets the people behind me Then I have to ask if I can make an order. after she takes care of the people behind me

Had momos(spinach and paneer), goatcurry, and samosas. Finished with mango kulfi. Everything was freshly made and delicious. Kulfi tasted homemade. Best Indian is Boston to date.

Been about five times since they opened a few months ago. The vegetarian food has been good. The momos are legit. The meat dishes I’ve gotten were disappointing, especially the goat curry(no meat… half the curry was just chunks of bone). The paneer dishes need more paneer… I counted 9 pieces in a $ 10 curry. I get the sense this place is struggling. It could be a good no nonsense, convenient, plastic fork/plastic chair, take-it-out joint, but to be successful it needs to be significantly cheaper than the dine-in, get waited on, take-a-date-to Indian/Nepali competitors in Union Square… while offering the same quality food. Unfortunately, Momo n Curry hiked their prices already(by $ 1 per all item). With the availability of coupons for the competitors, I can’t see going here too often.

This place is a great new food option in Union Square. They have a relatively small menu(not a bad thing), and the food seems very fresh. It tastes like they cook with good quality spices too. We loved the chicken chili. The plantain curry and spinach and paneer momo were pretty good. I think we’ll try a meat momo next time.

Momo n Curry has the feel of a mom n’ pop take out restaurant. There is seating available and free Masala chai, while you wait. I ordered their Chicken Tikka Masala, Vegetable Somosas and a Mango Lassi. My order took about 10 minutes. The chicken was juicy and not dry, the somosas were nice and crispy, and the lassi wasn’t over-sweetened. Everything was delicious! The staff is also very friendly and the food is made to order.
