The staff and services at Sonoma Serenity Home are well-​trained and caring. My mother lived there for nearly two years, and she did much better than anybody expected. I believe it was because of the care she received. My husband and son also enjoyed visitig mom there during special occasions and holidays, and sometimes just to check in and give a warm hug. I would recommend that anyone with an elderly relative who needs placement outside the home look into this care home.

Unfortunately, there is no zero star rating.
It took the facility at least eleven hours to call to tell me that my mother had fallen the night before. She was in a lot of pain and ended up having multiple fractures of her pelvis.
I called the ombudsman program to report the facility. I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone.
