I had recently bought a place near Twain Harte. El Dorado Septic did the septic inspection before I bought it and found no problems. The first weekend at the place the septic pump alarm went off on Saturday afternoon. I called the after hours tech who said he’d be out Sunday morning.
The tech came out and determined the problem was a minor issue with a stuck float. Since they just did the inspection a few weeks earlier, they didn’t even charge me. I was really surprised at their level of service and that they got someone out to my place on a Sunday morning.
