This restaurant is very much open. i don’t know why someone said in March, 2016 that it was permanently closed. I’m glad that I saw it was open, and tried the place out. I have been back several times since because they have very good Mexican food. The portions are large, and their chips and salsa are always great. It is a little pricey, — although some of their burritos are not much more than Chipotle’s. There are usually not a lot of cars in the parking lot, but that is because a good portion of their business is «to go» and so most people aren’t there for long.

A little on the pricey side but food is good. Dining room has a handful of tables for sit down dining but in reality it isn’t really a place for a dine in experience. The place really is set up for take out. Portion sizes are rather large which is nice but I personally wouldn’t mind the portion size to be a bit smaller with a slight reduction in price. For example, the super burrito is quite expensive at around 12 – 14 dollars(but you do get a massive burrito and they are tasty). The owner has always been very friendly to me and always is cordial and professional. He makes it easy for me to support a family run local business. Quite frankly, I would frequent more often if the prices were just a tad lower but have no problem picking up something on my way home occasionally because I especially like the owner/chef. Food is always hot and I have never had to wait long for my order.

I love this place! I always got take out and the burritos are always awesome. tonight a few friends and I went in and sat down. the salsa was amazing with a bit of a kick but not overwhelming. Miguel the owner was super nice and very welcoming. we all got a variety of dishes and they were all very good portions and cooked perfectly. we love this place but we will definitely be back for sit down dinner.

One of the best Chile Verde recipes in town! Chile Colorado is just as good! Always satisfied when we eat here.

Ok place I will have to try again. First time was just ok. The chicken soup had dry tough chicken. Only been there once.

Not a bad little Mexican place, hidden away right off the highway. I ordered shrimp fajitas and they were just fine. Service was good, restaurant could use a bit of an upgrade, but not really an issue.

I left a good review about a year ago, but I couldn’t leave it. My first experience was awesome, the four after that were lousy. They do what every other floundering Mexican restaurant does to try to stay in business, they stuff everything with rice and beans. My son was home on leave and desperate for Mexican food, so we came here. He ordered a chicken chimichanga, he was excited because the to go tray weighed a ton. We got home and he tore into it and found the weight was from, yup, rice and beans, no chicken. I will never eat here again, I pass this place every day, and it doesn’t surprise me to see no cars in the parking lot. There’s a new taco truck down the street and they actually put chicken in your chicken burrito, and it’s pretty good, what a concept. I guess they want return customers. U knead to put meat in your burritos !!!

This place is under new ownership but fortunately the quality and service is better than ever. Still the best chile rellenos in town. Good burritos and enchiladas too. Oh, and they now serve beer. Family owned and friendly service.

It is a sit down restaurant and there is a pizza parlor next door run by a couple. The place is attach regrets small but has 4 – 5 tables. I have been here few times in the past months. I would say the flavor is descent. I always request fish and salad and the guy is always accommodating me. The price is on the high side. Now they have specials too.

This place is the BEST mexican food in town! I have no reason to ever eat at any of the other mexican food options as long as this place is in business. My family eats there at least once a week. The homemade salsa is to die for! I always order a container of it to bring home and it usually only lasts about 2 days. My favorite item is the chicken burrito. They use whole pinto beans which I love(although you can get refried) and the chicken is ALWAYS juicy tender all white meat. None of those little brown shreds of «chicken», this stuff is real authentic fresh and delicious. The carnitias burrito is also amazing. My mother has tried just about everything on the menu and says she loves every single item she has ever ordered from here. I lovet this place!
