We’ve been there twice and had the tip dinner and a rack of ribs. The food was so good and the people are nice. Give it a try.

If you are a rib tip fan this is the place to go. Very generous portions. I ordered the medium tip dinner which has 20 pieces, cole slaw, chips and a drink…$ 11. Nice people running the place, fun to talk to and share a few stories. Will make this a regular stop! You will not be disappointed.

Man I wanted to love this place. The reviews were great. We drove up and down the street 3 times before we found it. Both of us ordered the medium tips and chips — I also got a sausage. The sauce was good, which gets the one star, and the sausage was good, which gets another. But man the rest of it was just to difficult to eat. Possibly the worst plate of so-called meat I’ve ever had. Struggled to find something edible on some of the bigger tips, and ate my fill. Later that night I woke up, stomach bloated — sweating profusely — absolutely sure I was going to be seeing that meal again. I willed my stomach to settle down and slept for another 30 minutes. Woke again — same thing — eventually I was able to sleep until morning. I don’t think this was your typical case of the ‘meat sweats’ — I think there was something ‘off’ in the food. It took a couple of days for the after-effects to subside. Needless to say at this point, but next time I’ll visit the Wendy’s or Steak & Shake rather than this place. Sorry.

Enjoyed my lunch of Fisher’s today. Got the Monster tips for my girlfriend and me and I must say they are the best bar-b-que ribs I have ever eaten. The flavor is exquisite, the portion generous for the price and service was impeccable. Been eating their ribs since they were a small trailer in the gas station parking lot and will continue to eat them now that they are in a building. Highly recommend for your rib pleasure.

Really really great, far and away the best bbq in SB. The tips and pulled pork sliders(so cheap!) are the way to go. Huge smoke flavor and just the right amount sweetness.

5-Stars all the way: BBQ fans, rejoice! I’m going to let you in on a little secret… I have found the best BBQ in the area — bar none. Fisher’s Tips is some serious eats. I love, love, love this place and am kind of hesitant telling anyone about it because I want to keep it all to myself. This stuff is GOOD and they sell out quickly on the weekends. I have gotten carry out of their tips, the ribs, the chicken, the sausage, the pulled pork, the mac and cheese, and their peach cobbler. All the meats are full of smokey goodness. Their BBQ sauce is the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. While it is much thinner than most sauces you’ll find at BBQ joints around here, I think it really lets the flavor of the meat shine through. After all, that’s what it is all about — the meat! When I eat at other BBQ places, too often I find that all I can taste is the sauce. That’s not the case here. I am so glad I found this place. I drove by it lots of times, but didn’t realize what I was passing up. The owners are some of the most genuinely nice and caring people I have ever met. Go there once and you’ll feel like part of the family. I hope you try this place and like it as much as I do. Helpful hints: Get there before 6p.m. on the weekends as they tend to sell out of the most popular items. Try everything at least once — definitely get the tips. Best tips I have ever had! A medium tip will easily feed 2 people and it’s under 11 bucks. Go for some sides… mac and cheese, this ain’t your mom’s Kraft mac’n’cheese — this is the good stuff. Try that peach cobbler. It’s addictive! Get a sampler and try it all — It’s enough to feed 3 or 4 people for under $ 30.
