Insty-Prints Instant Printing

Impressive! For seven + years I have used Kinkos and Alphagraphics for the few prints jobs I have. I drive by Insty Prints downtown South Bend several times a week and really never thought to use them until today.
One of our sales reps had an extremely important proposal that needed to be overnighted today. He needed it printed on ‘good paper’ and bound. I called my default Kinko’s and just felt sort of put-​off by the person who answered the phone and a co-​worker said try that Insty Print place down the street. I called them to find out if they had time for the small job and a really nice woman Allison answered. She was very patient and informative. I dropped in a few minutes later with my drive, and it was Allison again who helped me. She truly went above and beyond what I expected. She had me wait there while she opened my document to be sure she could and once she noticed it was a Word document she went ahead and printed it right there, explaining that sometimes fonts and stuff don’t transfer so she wanted me to review it before binding. I was thoroughly impressed by her willingness to make my document look good. I was finished right away, paid and was on my way.
My company will be replacing Kinko’s with our neighbors down the block, Insty Prints!

I normally use kinkos for my printing, but I have been making a huge mistake. After my experiences with insty print the last few days a doubt I will ever go back to the national chain printing place I always used. I needed a job done in a hurry not once, but 3 days in a row. Allison (the employee that i dealt with) went way above I would expect in customer service. They even stayed late one day to get the job done. I’m going to be using insty prints from now on.
