First off its a great concept if done right., however they are missing the mark. First off the hood exhaust isn’t strong enough to clear the smoke from the grill so the restaurant is very smoky. Secondly they only cook the burgers WELL done, and that’s what you get. Overcooked in my opinion. Third they only offer Velveeta cheese and it’s not melted. its a hunk of velveeta. The music was loud as well. If they can change then it will work otherwise it will fail like the rest of the restaurants in this building have.
