I brought my old car here numerous times because they were extremely friendly and happy to accomodate my demands that they wait for my father to call and speak to them before they did anything to the car (my parents in Massachusetts were paying for my car while I was in college).
My only issue was when I needed to replace a part and they tried very hard to insist that I get an extremely expensive ford part, which between the part and the labor would have cost more than the entire car was worth. After threatening to have the car towed from their shop to another they eventually agreed to use a cheap generic replacement part.
