Really don’t know where to start to say Thank You to Mike Santel and the rest of the team at Easton Pool and Spa! To the pool opening this season (Kyle and Tim), to the service at the store when bringing my water in to be tested (Tyler Hobacia) and to the troubleshooting over the phone! Your attention to detail and commitment to quality is second to none. As a new pool owner, I’m doing pretty well with understanding the operations of all the equipment but had an issue where my heater kept shutting off. After talking with Mike on Friday night, he diagnosed the problem and had another team member (I wish I knew your name to give you a shout out, too) here first thing Saturday morning… of Memorial Day weekend to address the issue. My pool is up and running beautifully! No wonder Easton Pool & Spa, Inc. is rated and ranked above and beyond the rest! Truly, to those of you reading this, I’m sure you already know how awesome this company is… for those of you that don’t…believe me, as a family business owner myself, they are!!!
