I bought my Phantom 3 Advanced from Jim at SureRC and he was very helpful in teaching me the basics, going over the firmware updates and also offering me help over the phone a few weeks later after a subsequent update.
They are nice guys and very willing to help. Great service and they seemed to have an excellent inventory of all kinds of products.

Great Customer service and always has my parts in stock. They seem to really care and try and help with any issues. They don’t have a obnoxious attitude or belittle you like other shops.
The drive for me was a little bit out of my way but for the customer service and great prices I have found my new parts store.
Tip– you cannot see them from the street, you would pull into drive way and go to the back of 7eleven.

After recently being on a quest to find the recently released DJI Phantom 3, I ended up at SureRC. Not only did they have the item in stock, I found the customer service to be very pleasant and helpful. The owner (I believe) offered to perform a firmware upgrade on the spot for the remote as well as the drone, and although I declined, I definitely appreciate the proactive attitude towards ensuring I have the best experience with my purchase. Additionally, there are package deals on preorder where an extra battery is included for $ 100 more (full price for the battery is $ 150) than price of the Phantom. I was offered the option to bring my original purchase receipt in for the Phantom 3 (which only includes one battery) and the option to purchase 1 additional battery for $ 100. Once again, I believe this is good customer service and details like this will warrant the 1 hour drive (in the future) to do business for my RC needs.
