Touchstone Developement

I am sad to report that a matter regarding a flaw in the flooring installed by a sub contractor used by Touchstone has been handled poorly. I complained a few months ago and Gordon’s company had sent out the subcontractor. He declared that i must have done something to the flooring, offered to fix an area of about 6 square feet for $ 300, material cost only??? Originally I paid $ 2.40 per square foot to have the flooring installed, this guy was rude and less than honest so I sent him on his way. I spoke with Daniel, Gordon’s right hand man a week later. He apologized for the bad experience and promised a solution. I have not heard from anyone at Touchstone. It is sad that someone as smart as Gordon would burn a bridge for such a small problem.
