Foxtrail Restaurant

Just terrible. I’m normally easy to please. Kitchen forgot about my order. Asked for bacon well done and it came out raw. Overcooked scrambled eggs. Biscuit had a weird flavor and texture. Waitress never checked on me once during the meal and I had to signal to the cook to get any attention on my raw bacon. Worst breakfast place in the Fox Valley

Horrible! Ordered stadium pizzas for a party and first they forgot to make them then had to come back right before they closed and when got home they were not done. Very doughty not good! Would not recommend going there based on my experience.

Always order carry out for the «stadium» pizza special. Ginormous pizza! Special on Sundays and Wednesdays

Great food at a very reasonable price. Best hashbrowns I ever had. Great omelettes. Friendly service. Simple menu with all the basics, but all very well done. Fantastic coffee. Recommend every one try it.

I love this little restaurant!!! First, the food is great and inexpensive. Second, the owner’s daughter is very nice, accommodating, and funny. She makes us laugh every time. Third, it’s a cute Ma and Pa business that is family owned. They make you feel like family and it’s comfortable.
Now, the only things that I would say I might have had a problem with were the cleanliness of the restaurant itself and one of the waitresses. The restaurant isn’t the cleanest restaurant but it is in an older building. So, I can understand. The waitress who we had last time was a little ditzy and it took awhile for us to get our drinks refilled.
Other than that though, I do love the place. Because I do, I’m giving it five stars. Thank you, Fox Trail, for having great good at reasonable prices and good staff.

I actually popped in on Thanksgiving morning. The hostess and waitress were both friendly. It’s a cute little diner. They had a pretty good selection of skillets, so I ordered one. It was pretty good, though what is with restaurants putting raw veggies in the skillet? Not a fan.
Despite that, the meal was great. The prices were cheap and my coffee cup was never empty. If I’m ever in the area, I’ll hit up the Foxtrail again.

Don’t travel a great distance to go here… If you live in the area and you like to go out for breakfast in your pajamas… this is the place for that. If you live more than 5min away… nay nay stay away. Nothing outstanding, fairly standard. Not the cleanest place I’ve been to. A few ketchup splats on the window shades were a bit unappetizing, otherwise it did the trick.
Avoid the Biscuits and gravy!!! I ordered them for my buddy as a joke, and he got sick. Tastes like glue, and I’m pretty sure they forgot to put sausage in them. Real bad.
