McDonalds

This particular McDonalds does not have enough carbonation in their pop. It’s disappointing. They are typically quick, a plus. I only get breakfast food at McDs, this one has about a 75% completely accurate order rating.
My biggest complaint applies to all the Bear Family McDonalds, they are a rip off. Only at Bear Family McDs will you pay $ 1 for a large water, I get a cup charge, but $ 1, come on. Also, only at a Bear Family McDs will you pay a drink up charge. My son can’t have milk and I prefer he not have juice, so I order a pop with his Happy Meal and it costs me .$.59 to do so. This is just the start of their pricing rip offs. Not all McDonalds price gauge like this. The Bear Family should reevaluate the way they assign their additional charges.

pretty bad service, they need to so a better job of training new people who work on yhe registers. i could tell the kid was brand new and had no idea what he was doing when taking my order. i asked for the crispy chicken and bacon premium wrap with ranch on it. he said they couldn’t put ranch on it, but that he would give me ranch on the side. doesnt make sense.

Disgusting dirty mess on a Sunday morning at 10:30 …ice machine down … Ketchup strewn all over drink station area and told manager that if they weren’t going to fix the horrid conditions in one of the bathroom stalls they should at least clues it off to prevent customers from seeing it
Way under staffed !!

Just went here this morning. Moving into the area and they were so nice. I felt like I was down south with the nice manners I got. Calling my honey and making conversation. It was great!

Just received two Big Macs with nothing between the top and middle bun, no pickles, no lettuce, no special sauce, no all beef patties, just disappointment and despair, sandwich is pictured above.

It’s McDonalds… standard fast food fare. No surprises is a good thing. And this place has messed up an order of mine (drive through). Asked for a certain dipping sauce and of course it wasn’t in the bag when I got home. They also added an extra item to my order that I didn’t want and wasn’t on the confirmation screen but sure as heck showed up on my receipt. Not cool.

This is my favorite Mc Donalds, have been a customer for 9 years and in those 9 years I have never had my order messed up or under portioned. In fact this Mc Donald’s typically has more promotions going on than most Mcy D’s. However the other day I got a Mc Chicken, it had a fuzzy hair in it (From Clothing) and when I went back last night to get my after work snack wrap I mentioned it. They without hesitation gave me my wrap for free and a large fry. Good Job Mc Donalds off of Mclean & Spring. You show excellent service! This McDonalds is pretty much like any other McDonalds. Ate here a few times when I had to drive from Elgin to Chicago. From my experiences, The drive through is pretty efficient. Was in and out with my food right away.
Though only complaint, not McDonalds’ fault though, is the traffic out of the parking lot. Medians force you to go one way so you would have to go to a farther exit if you’d want to turn left.
Love McDonalds though. Good stuff.
