Sprint!!! I don’t like sprint. Let me tell u why? When u first become a customer they are so nice to u. This will change. They want to give u a phone. They give u this phone saying«o» it’s free. U still have to pay for service. Now my contract for 2 yrs. is 4 months away from being over. Thank God! I have one phone the other phone broke. Four weeks, ago. They said they would send another phone. No phone! So, after calling 3 times for a replacement phone the lady tell me to send the broke phone back. After 3 calls! And u know they always hirer people that speak little English. I’m angry and just want out of this contact. BEWAREOFFREEGIVEAWAYANDCONTRACTS.

It is impossible to talk and use your data ie. GPS or Web browsing simultaneously with any New Sprint phone. Any phone released after the S4, Note 3 IPhone 5 is on the new Sprint Spark network and you have to be on WIFI in order to talk and be on Facebook at the same time. I went to this store to check out the newest released IPhone 6/6+ and Note 4 and the reps here were just completely clueless. They kept telling me I can multitask but failed to understand even after I demonstrated it couldn’t be done without WIFi. They just wanted to sell me bundles. If you work or live somewhere with WIFI upgrade all day, but these new phones are equal to those old Blackberrys when they were all the rage. Just beware your old phone like my Note 3 will have to stay until Sprint picks up there game. They won’t tell you this stuff in the store. #consumerIgnorance

Similar to reviewer above. Too much socializing, singing loudly in store. Damaged my present phone while transferring phones. Denies it, but it worked before they touched it. Very unprofessional

Bunch of useless workers socializing in the store but not helping customers. Don’t go there.

So, I’ve had Sprint for some time and have been happy with their service, but I had to write about this particular branch as I had a really good experience there. I had an upgrade available to me for some time, and decided to finally stop out at check into getting one at a new store I’d noticed on Cedar Road on South Euclid. I was glad I did. I was helped by a gentleman named Raffiel who, after listening to what I wanted, got me not the most expensive, but the most USEFUL phone for what I wanted. I was gratified; He was very helpful, attentive and I am really happy with my phone. He pointed out rebates, and that the new store also had full-service repair. So, if you are a Sprint person, I’d suggest doing your shopping on Cedar; ask for Raffiel, I think he’ll be gratified:)
