The place had terrible servers, they didn’t ask how we were doing, they didn’t bother to pick up the dirty dishes from the table and I was ignored by them. I don’t recommend it

I do not recommend this restaurant the waitress took about 30 Minutes to ask for our drinks I ordered the big breakfast the sausage was burnt and salty the hash browns had no taste our tableware was dirty our cups were not clean at all this was such a disappointment

Been here millions of times and today was definitely not a good time.
Food is cold the beans taste like they’re rotting they brought me a lemon margarita that taste like cherry with an orange! And they put no salt on the rim.
They brought me my same shrimp plate back just reheated. Instead of a new plate.

The food here is amazing but their customer service is horrible. They are very inattentive. I could recommend ordering to go not eating here. It’s the same thing when it’s busy or not busy. I’ve been coming here since I was a child. It’s so sad that it’s not like it used to be.

The wait for a table is long. They take your order when they remember your are there. The food wait is extremely long and when complaining about the wait they tried to tell me of the ppl before us but that was ppl after us. We waited more than 50min for food when arriving the order was all wrong not even the food we ordered. The food is not good at all. The service sucks… Please save your money. I returned the food because you can clearly tell it was under a heating lamp for awhile yuck!!!

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. First time coming here and last time. Food was ok not the best but ok. Make sure you order everything when you have the server in your table because once they leave they are not coming back not unless you go up to the counter.

It’s always full. The wait time is always long. Looks and feels crowded when eating. The food is not so great. Sometimes the servers have an attitude. You can see them being stressed. Parking is small.

Food is good but the service is bad. The waitresses forget stuff and they don’t check in with you. I been here 2 – 3 times and it’s the same thing. I won’t be coming back here.

I have been coming to this restaurant for about 15 years, I have to say the food here is WONDERFUL! But the service, yeah it sucks. Your server may come twice and that’s about it. You won’t get a refill on chips or salsa, and the drink you order when you first arrive is probably the only drink you will have the rest of your time there. It’s terrible. But like I said, the food is Great and affordable.
Give it a try but don’t expect good service!

First time going to this restaurant, straight when i walked in i noticed it was way too small. The décor was overwhelming what with all the roses hanging from the wall. Also it gets very crowded i figure not enough seats and tables. We were seated in 10min because it was just 2 of us, we weren’t greeded or anything. We had to sign in our name on a clip board, took our waitress to attend us like 10minutes. We ordered the molcajete for 2 the chicken was good but the asada was overdone and dry, no flavor and it just came with beans and tortillas. We were checked on by our waitress like 2 times after that we were forgotten. I would not return to this one, maybe another la barca restaurant but not this one.

This place is not good and the only thing it has on other local Mexican restaurants is its size and seating. The comfortable seating is probably the only good thing here. The food is «OK» but not good. It used to be so much better but they have definitely cheaped out over the years. Every time I go, is a new low.

Worst and most humiliating experience ever. Visited this location. The waitress said take a seat where ever you wish. We did so. As we are seating another server says this table is reserve for another customer. the table had no reserve sign or anything. I approach the manager and he did not offer an apology. Will not be visiting third restaurant anymore. After being a loyal customer.

Totally don’t get the poor reviews. They are famous for their cheese enchiladas which my friend orders and loves and had the chile rellenos plate which was amazing. Real chile and no seeds while full of authentic queso fresco. Also had the cantaloupe water which was rich and delicious. Someone mentioned that their waters are too sweet, but I love sweet. So it was a total treat for me. Also, they serve yummy chips with warm salsa. Our waitress for very sweet.

I love this place i been coming here since I was a little baby, I’ve always gotten the cheese enchiladas cause they’re bomb af comes with bomb af rice and beans.
The pancakes are good here, the chorizo is amazing, the grilled chicken is great (the grilled chicken salad not so great)
Service is lacking and they’re drinks are overly sweetened.
