Warner Vineyards of South Haven

Wife and I stopped in for wine tasting and we were really impressed. It’s a small store\tasting room with wine tasting that is very inexpensive. They have a great selection including lots of different wines, limited champagne, and limited hard cider. There is something from the new wine drinker to the experienced drinker. The location is right off the Black River and there are some small shops in the same building. It’s also nice that its off the main path so doesn’t get as crowded as other places. Staff was awesome to hang out with. We actually bought a bottle of champagne and we drank it in the tasting room. We will be back! The only thing I would change is to add bar stools to the tasting area. Although if they did people may never leave :)

Very knowledgable staff. Good wines. Was fairly crowded for a Wednesday afternoon, but the one bartender managed the crowd well. Good wines, came home with a bottle of Chardonnay and a bottle
of pink noir.

My husband took me wine tasting the other day, where we visited Warner, Contessa, and Fenn Valley Wineries. Hands down, Warner was our favorite of the three. Not only was the wine better, but the service as well. The gentleman who filled our glasses was very pleasant and even took the time to tell us a little history about the place. Not only that, we came out learning a little wine 101. I appreciated that greatly.
