I can’t believe this place hasn’t been reviewed yet. It is beautiful. The tent sites are only about 20 feet from lake Champlain, only separated by a fence and brush. You can look into the mountains over the water from your picnic table. The couple who own and run the place are so friendly and accommodating. The sites are reasonably priced, there are free showers and bathrooms right up the clover field from the tents, laundry facilities, a game room for rainy days, and canoe rental for $ 6 an hour or $ 24 a day. You can walk right into Lake Champaign or sit on the little beach covered in Quartz veined smoothed stones. I recommend wearing water shoes bc the stones get bigger and more unpredictable the further out you wade/swim. This is the perfect place for an introduction to camping, or for a relaxed experience to just enjoy the view and cook some food over a campfire.
