Alpine Family Practice

Dr. Norris has been my regular physician for about 10 years. I am completely satisfied with her care as well as the care of Dr. Martin and Dr. Monroe, and all the staff at Alpine Family. Dr. Norris has been able to get my blood pressure under control when many before were unable to. She has always shown the utmost care and concern for my health issues and has made time to talk concerns through with me. I love being able to get a Saturday appointment too. She has never been reluctant to send me to a specialist when warranted. No excess ego here. The staff has always been helpful in getting back to me with lab results and to remind me when I needed to make an appointment. The office atmosphere is casual yet professional. This is just a wonderful practice.

Dr. Norris is the only physician I have seen in this practice. She dismissed my thyroid condition as being resolved, despite my telling her I didn’t FEEL good. She also saw my kids, they don’t get sick often, but they needed to be seen twice in one year… I could never get them in to be seen! Ridiculous.
This office staff NEVER answers the phones, or the lines are always busy. In the times I was able to leave a voicemail, I never got called back. They are also RUDE! (Except Everelly-​sp-​the Receptionist) The 2 times my kids have needed to be seen, I have had to take them to Stateline Urgent Care/​Family Medicine.
I have since gotten all of us into a new practice, and my thyroid condition was off the charts and it took over 6 months to get it back under control and me feeling better.
I have heard great things about Dr. Martin in this practice, but that doesn’t help the office staff problem.

If you don’t have a family doctor and need one let me recommend. Dr. Monroe, Dr. Martin, they are amazing doctor very attentive to all your needs. They always seem to squeeze me in! The office staff is amazing, and the nurses are great! So if you have aches, pain, or need to go in for a dreaded physical or annual these guys are the ones your looking for!!! They can see everyone except for the family pets thats the other Monroe.
