OMG… This place is The Place. We came to Tahoe for presidents day weekend and some friend told us about this bar. We dicided to give it a try and it was excellent. The food fusion of this place is incredible. Chile verde and eggs. Avocado and crab Benedict. And curry veggie. Soup? Omg who’s the chef of this place? We will come back next time for sure. Really good prices and drinks. Blodys are awesome!!!

This place is fantastic! It’s definitely more of a dive bar place, but the food was great and the staff was friendly. The price is also great for Tahoe.
As this is a bar and grill, the service isn’t extraordinary or anything, but if you go in knowing this is a relaxed atmosphere you will not be disappointed by the friendliness.
The building itself is definitely a sports bar feel. They do have some outside seating, so if the inside is too loud or riled up, there’s some space to relax with music.
The food here is absolutely killer. The Bloody Mary wasn’t anything special garnish wise, but it tasted great and it was only $ 6! We also had a Reuben and a Cali Streak Sandwich; both of which were good. My recommendation is to get a steak sandwich and order a side of au jus for a French dip with all the fixings. The au jus is superb! We got zucchini fries as well and we got a huge basket of them.

Yesterday I happened to come across this gem of a local dive bar/restaurant and am happy to report I had a great experience. Parked behind the establishment and walked inside, seemed like this was the kind of bar that all the locals frequent. It was a real taste of what drinking in South Lake Tahoe would be like. I ordered champagne and a few appetizers. The staff was beyond friendly and my food arrived to my table less than ten minutes after ordering despite being crowded with people on a Tuesday night. The staff regularly came to check on my table and refilled drinks immediately as they were low. I appreciated the fun, laid back atmosphere of the place and the people were all nice and friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for great bar food, great prices on food and drinks, and a fun casual experience. I will definitely return here in the future next time I visit again.

Terrible experience. This place doesn’t seem to welcome anyone but locals. The locals themselves seem to have a chip on their shoulders and also were all very disrespectful. The environment felt very hostile and we ended up leaving fairly quickly

Excellent service! Such attention to us as a customer. Food was excellent. The hubby says the South Shore Burger was unbelievable. My Tahoe Dipper was awesome; lots of meat. Definitely recommend for burger and beer. Lots of different beer on tap.

Incompetent staff. I’m home sick, can’t get outta bed, my roommate picked up my food, I order soup and a grilled cheese, they forget my soup. How? Not sure. but when I’m sick the only thing I can really eat that taste good is soup. They forget that and then the grilled cheese they did give me was the worst I’ve ever had in my life, how do you mess up a grilled cheese? On top of that my roommates burger was burned and had 3 ingredients he told them to leave off on it. I’m a local and I’m never coming back to this establish and will definitely lead people away, and will definitely keep reviewing on this restaurant if they get my review taken down.

Came at 1130 am and they were still serving breakfast and made our day! Food was delicious, tons of things to choose from. Bloody Mary was awesome! Outdoor seating comfortable and fenced in.

Headed home from a long tahoe weekend. Looking for a good breakfast and a bloody mary. I called this place to make sure they were open, and was greeted with that’s why I answered the phone. Um… ok. Thanks for the early morning sarcasm. I would not have gone if not for everywhere else was at least a 30 minute wait. Glad I overcame the sarcasm and tried this place. My bloody mary was pretty good, my boyfriend’s mimosa was great. The strip steak breakfast was amazing. I ordered the summit sandwich, and OMG! The service was good and the locals were really friendly. We will have to check it out after dark the next time we are in Tahoe.

Great atmosphere and mostly locals only hanging out. The beer was cold and good Bloody’s. Friendly staff and quick service. Food was average. I had a french dip and it was dry. The au jus was very strong and tasted as if it was a concentrate and needed to be diluted. Wife and kids enjoyed their food. Overall, a good local hangout and will probably be back again for the drinks if not the food.

I was hoping to find some good brunch before heading out of Tahoe and luckily, I stopped by this place. Their hot chocolate and egg Benedict was really good considering how random and unexpected it was to find them serving breakfast! Look for AB who works the kitchen. Great people, cool music… that’s my spot when I come back to Tahoe.

Good for drinks, not so much for food. The server had no idea on what the menu had. Our check was $ 100.00, and none of the orders were right. Too tired from hiking we digressed and just paid up and left. The food was okay, but then again we were starving.

Delicious chicken fries steak! The steak was huge and so filling, the eggs were cooked great but wished the potatoes had a little more flavoring to them.
The Bloody Mary was incredible as my boyfriend bought 3, & the mimosa’s were absolutely delicious as they were nice and generous with the amount of alcohol put into them.
Seemed to stay consistently busy but you could get a table inside or out as soon as you walked in even at 10am on a Saturday.
